Rob Wheeler is an awesome salesperson and my go to for the last almost 20 years. I recently purchased my 4th Subaru from Carter Subaru and have done so because of Rob. I completely trust him to do what's right for the customer. I highly recommend him and Carter Subaru if you're looking for a new or used Subaru! I also want to thank Alex Kessler for the awesome concierge service he provided to help me understand all the features and functions of my new Outback Touring model. Great job Alex!

Sales and finance (lease) people were excellent, as always. We've purchased and leased cars from them for years. Especially appreciate the amazingly helpful personal "meeting" with Alex Kessler. Alex knows everything about the cars, with a focus on technology. He knows EXACTLY how to ease us oldies into the brave new world of these devices. He answers every question without ever making us feel as out-of-date as we are. Love the car, more so because of his help.

I had an appointment with Alex Kessler to review the features of my 2024 Crosstrek and to answer any questions I may have. First of all, this type of thing has never been offered to me before for any new car I've purchased, so this in itself is impressive. Alex was super friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about all aspect of my car. He was very thorough reviewing the many, many, many things my car has the ability to do. At the end, he handed me a little notebook that included a $25 gas card! Bonus! After having my car for about a month, I'm so happy I bought it vs. a different brand. Just sitting behind the wheel makes me feel safer and more secure. It's a little early to predict, but I see my future with Subaru to be a very bright and long one.

I recently had an appointment with Alex Kessler to help familiarize me with the features on my new Subaru Forester. it was a great experience. Alex is very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. Hopefully I will remember everything I learned. If not, I have Alex's card so I can reach out to him for further assistance

I worked with Debbie, she was/is Great!! She listened to my wants in a car and she knew right away which car on the lot would be perfect for me and she was right!! I've had my Crosstrek now for 3 weeks and I Love It!! The transaction was easy, they answered all of my questions and offered me a pre-paid maintenance package. This works great for me, my car is covered for whatever it may need. I also got to work with Alex yesterday, he went over all the bells and whistles of my car. I learned from him everything I need to know and how things work. He's friendly, funny, and answered all of my questions. Thank you Carter Subaru!!

From start to finish, I've been impressed with my experience at Carter Subaru of Shoreline. James Bennett was attentive, a straight-shooter, and a pleasure to work with. Kevin in service and Alex Kessler also added to my satisfaction with the customer service here. When there was an issue with my car, I felt taken care of and when I got my car back, Alex made sure I was educated on all the features of my Forester before driving it off the lot. Although this location is not by any means the closest Subaru to my house, this is definitely where I will be bringing my car to be serviced, and all my friends to buy their future Subarus!

I loathe the car buying process. The back and forth "negotiating" and such is not my idea of a good time. So, when my car was totaled by a reckless driver, I wasn't looking forward to having to deal with car buying again. But then I experienced Carter Subaru Shoreline. From the first email getting information until just today when I had a complimentary check in with their Star Delivery Specialist, Alex, the process was amazingly smooth and stress free. We worked with David North, who is their internet sales dude. He is kind and honest and very down to earth. Any question we had, he answered. We took a test drive and he trusted us to go off on our own to do so. His honesty was refreshing and his personality put us at ease. He truly worked WITH us to get me the car I truly wanted. The finance department was very open and transparent about what all our money was going towards as well as what additional add ons were and weren't necessary. They (and I can't remember the lovely human's name we worked with there) were efficient and kind every step of the way. David took the time to go over many of the features of my new Subaru Forester before we drove off the lot. He made sure we understood what everything did and gave us some helpful insight to how features worked. Today I had a phone meeting when Alex, who made sure I was comfortable with all the features of my car and let me ask any questions. It is a complimentary service Subaru offers and it was worth the half hour of time it took. He highly recommended keeping his number handy and shooting a text over with any future questions. So nice! If you are looking for a great car, awesome customer service, a pleasant experience and respect as a customer, I can't recommend them enough.

It is hard to believe that any Dealership could get a 5 start rating, but here we are. I've bought a few new cars over the years... and every dealership just is a horrible experience... except THIS. We have had our Subie for 4 years now, and it had been fantastic. The sales experience was easy, purchased for a fair price, knowledgeable reps, no hard sells or up-sells. ... and that the showroom is nice and appealing. Then we get to the service. They have the nicest customer lounge I've ever seen at a dealership. It's comfortable and stocked with plenty of good, free snacks. The service advisors are amazing. They know their stuff and are 100% customer focused. You always know what is happening and when it will be done. They also find ways to fit you into the schedule, especially if you are having problems. The whole dealership and service just feels luxurious and humane... and sadly that is unique in car dealerships.

I bought my car at cater subaru Shoreline. The service was exceptional. Especially Alex. He spent an hour going over every detail about my car. He is the technology expert and knows these cars backwards and forward. u can see him anytime to ask questions well after u purchase your car. i have never had this type of service before by any other car dealership. i am sold on their Subarus. i bought a 2024 cross check sport. Also Rob was a great car salesman too. He wasn't pushy and when i got the car he went over stuff as well. never felt rushed. He referred me to Alex for further assistance. great group.

We purchased the 2024 Crosstrek at the end of November 2023 and the service was quick and easy from the sales to the Subaru Love-Encore follow-up... I recommend anyone interested in buying a Subaru to contact and work with these two gentlemen, they made the process quick and easy, without the B.S., and these two gentlemen will answers any questions that you may have...
