Nice work. Understanding owner.
I got my BMW X4 M40i ppf wrapped with clear Matte
But I wish they took lesser time to complete it. I was under the impression of 3-5 days (as everyone told me) since they got my car in based on their availability. But it actually took 15 days to get it done.
I care more about the work since I had a backup car. They also offered me a loaner since it was taking that long.
Overall a happy customer ??

I recently took my 2021 Harley Davidson Road Glide CVO to Blue Star Auto Salon, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team did an amazing job detailing my bike, making it look even better than when I first got it. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality is truly impressive. I would definitely go back to them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Aside from them not completing the job, there was MANY issues with the quality, and again, attention to detail. Things such as debris under the film that they tried to pass off as trapped water [guess what, a month later and that 'water' is still there], chips in the paint that were not there upon drop-off, bunched/wrinkled areas in the film, the sunstrip not laying as agreed upon on the windshield, and obvious negligence and sub-par care where film backing plastic/shop towel/and my trunk privacy cover was haphazardly in the back seat in disarray.
Before paying and taking my keys, I made sure this was all pointed out and documented due to the numerous things wrong which went against what was initially promised by Stephen.
After reluctantly paying for a job I was genuinely bummed on, I was told at the 2 week wash and inspection all issues would be resolved.
Being how parts and areas were missed I brought the car back after a week prior to the two week inspection because of the missed areas and incompletness of the job. At that time, it was first time meeting Stephen in person since he was not at his shop during both initial drop-off or pickup. After going over everything that was touched on during pickup which one of his employees Stephen had the audacity to say that I was being "nit picky" and that I needed to dial back my expectations.
I again handed over my keys, this time to Stephen after he promised to make things right.
That was a Wednesday and then a week later I had to continually ask when things would be ready, again not putting any pressure on them to rush things.
It was like pulling teeth trying to get a response at this point and has been ever since paying them.
Got the keys back yet again and was told to come back in an additional two weeks beyond the second drop-off to make sure the film sets properly.
To cut this extremely long story short, after the third time bring in my vehicle for the final inspection and wash I pointed out areas that are still not up to quality. I was then told by Stephen that nothing further would be done since the job was done up to "industry specifications" no matter if I'm ok with to quality or not.
I just hope that this review can hopefully prevent someone from falling into this trap of Stephen promising outcomes that he can not achieve.
Despite the numerous 5 star and shining reviews shown on Google, don't let those over-shadow this real and painfully worrying experience I just went through of once they collect your money care, communication, and help goes out the window on any concerns beyond what he feels like solving.
If you do not care about quality and attention to detail, this shop would be right for you.
If you actually care about your vehicle and want the best quality, care, and communication throughout the entire process steer as far away as possible. Trust me on this, I wouldn't have spent all this time writing this if it wasn't this painful of an experience.
There are many shops out there that can do far better and provide more care on something that for most people is the biggest investment next to buying property.
** Please be aware, Stephen is better at deflecting and making excuses for his crews' negligence instead of making things right and properly handling issues.
Just want everyone to know what you can potentially be up against if you still decide in giving him any business.

I picked Stephen Trapps’ Blue Star Salon because of their local reputation and specifically because of their history in the area. Stephen was accommodating and his crew did an excellent job, including some additional post-project touchups, as required.
I particularly appreciated his schedule, flexibility, and his interest in my vehicle – a new Tesla Cybertruck in Stek Dinoshield Gloss Black! I’ve got a second cybertruck on order, and I’m looking forward to having his shop provide my wife with her desired metallic purple color changing wrap, once it’s delivered!
Highly recommend this local business!

I recently had a terrible experience where someone threw rocks at my car until my windows broke out while I was driving. I posted about this experience on a local group facebook page to warn other Shoreline neighbors about what had happened to me so that they could be careful and on the lookout for this vehicle. The next morning, I received two messages from the two owners of this business asking if they could clean all the broken glass out of my car for me free of charge. (Yes, you read that right - FREE). I was skeptical at first, but I elected to go down to their shop anyways and see if it was really going to be free. They had the better equipment to vacuum out my car, and in my experience the glass shop paid by my insurance does not really care about getting up every last piece of glass.
When I arrived, I was having a terrible panic attack (which I keep getting while driving on the freeway, but this time it was because of the sound of the glass continuing to fall out of the rear window because it was not all the way broken out). Nesi (one of the owners) immediately grabs me a glass of water and gives me a big hug, allowing me to cry. Stephen grabbed my keys and drove my car around to the back. He asked my permission to remove the things from my car as I had not had a chance to take anything out since it had happened. It was nice to know that they wanted my permission to touch my things.
Nesi sat and talked with me while Stephen worked on my car. She could tell I was having troubles with anxiety still and wanted to do everything to make me comfortable, even if it meant putting off other work. I was there 3 1/2 hours. The reason it took so long? Stephen did not just vacuum out my car, he broke out all of the remaining glass from my window, removed the seats and trunk panels, and took my car down to the bare bones just to make sure he got up every single last shard. He even shampooed my upholstery, carpets, and my seat cover for my dogs so that I could feel safe having them in my car. He then taped up the window so that my car would not be exposed to the elements while I was driving it back home or to my insurance appointment two days later.
I cannot even begin to tell you what it meant to me to see a small, locally owned business in my community want to help someone else just because. They did not ask me for anything, but I need to shout their praises from every rooftop. I went from being terrified in my own car to feeling safe again and there is just no way to put a price on that. I still cannot believe he detailed my entire car, including the front seats where there was no glass. They even asked me to come back so that they could wash my car after the glass was replaced. Again - ALL FREE OF CHARGE.
TL;DR - these people are amazing and did something so kind for a community member they didn't know just to make me feel safe in my own car again and pay forward a kindness. They deserve my lifetime business and yours too. Commitment, kindness, and dedication to excellence is what Blue Star is all about.

Initially went in to get a clear front end PPF and cermatic coating for my Model Y. Stephen suggested a full wrap of the car in matte black and I couldn’t be happier! Best decision. Car looks amazing and the quality of work is superb! They even went above & beyond to throw in a light tint to the front headlights to make the car have a clean look with the matte black wrap. Thanks Stephen & team!

Quality work done at a fair price. The entire process was explained to me ahead of time. The ceramic coating on my new vehicle was done on time and it looks amazing. Highly recommended these guys for any auto appearance work.
