Confused, disorganized, sloppy, and lacking any professional credibility...sound like a good way to describe a bank that handles peoples money? Tried to help my parents get into their safety deposit box at this location. Signs on the door and windows tell you the location is temporarily closed- you must send them an email to get an appointment to get access to your safety deposit box. Sent them an email.....days pass, no reply. Sent another email...no reply. Tried calling customer service, they told us we needed to call the location. The location automatic phone number tells you to send them an email. OK, so sending another email then......nothing for days... Finally, finally...and rather strangely, get a call back about getting access to the box. Speaking with a helpful, but very confused customer assistant Ranie, we get told Isis, the Lake Forest Park Financial Manager, never got our emails. Offered to text them a picture of the emails receipts that I have for all the emails I have sent. They were not interested- they just kept saying they couldn't find my email(s). I offered my work IT people to help them find it :) Finally, after getting a call from Isis, and reading back twice the email address she says- "oh, the email address you have it a wrong address". I tell Isis that this incorrect email address if on the door and windows of the Firlands Bank of America Location. Some giggles and the most disingenuous apology from Isis is what I get after wasting hours of my work from home time trying to get this sorted and I get giggled at? Where do they get these people? Thank goodness I have myself BECU and not Bank of America!

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be kicked to the back of the line because of how many deposits I had. Will definitely never be coming back here.

I have very positive experience in this branch. Friendly staff and able to save me money by understanding my requests. Big bonus is no line! A bit hard to find as it’s somewhat tucked in.

Endless, obnoxious and unnecessary fees on your checking and savings account. Bad customer service. Also: they've eliminated their online message center, which you used to be able to use when you securely logged into your account online (to notify them of of things like when you will be traveling - so they know not to shut down your card when you charge something from another State or Country). But they've eliminated their message center. So now, for any small need you have, you will have to call them and wait on the phone just to get a rep that doesn't know how to do anything. Bank local instead!

Extremely slow. Banker refused to help me because he had a customer appointment schedule in 15 minutes. I just needed a temporary debit card. Said I'd have to wait 20-30 minutes.

Banksy trip transformed from mundane payday routine into an artistic exchange. Combination of fast cash, green bills and warm flat paper currency with careful wallet insertion and folding mechanics perfectly palmed into my pockets. A seemingly over the top praise is in fact an understatement as frustrations at a bank can leave many customers wanting space from their local Bank. This customer can attest that their withdrawal experience was a positive one.

The staff are accommodating. Bummed to see such awful reviews, I think this a decent bank.

I can see why this bank has such a low rating. After going in today to get some change and pay my credit card off I was told that they had no pennies for me to buy because the manager was on lunch.... what? Though the guy apologized this shouldn't happen at a bank. If a key employee is going on lunch you should have enough supplies to manage... which they failed at.

Bank of America is horrible as a whole but this branch is a PERFECT representation of why they're so horrible. First off, I wanted to deposit a check and cash and decided to go in because the ATM had a line the "teller" preceded to tell me that I needed to use the ATM. Why would I NEED an ATM, isn't that what you are here for? Really? You encourage people to not come in? Isn't that bad business. This is d**** Bank of America is d**** That's why I closed my account. Working in the financial industry I know that business is so important. So what's with these people? Also as far as rates, your local credit union is a thousand times better. But what do you expect you think they made it to the top by being fair? Check out their lawsuits and misuse of funds. Anyways, I have even had a branch manager of a Bank of America tell me that they just put people with complaints on hold until they hang up. Yeah... this is who you want to trust your money with!?
