Nice staff. Great clean storage facility. Feels safe with elevator codes. Unfortunately, absolutely useless and worthless. They have five stories of storage units. But only about eight parking spots. I have spent more time waiting for a spot than loading my storage unit. If I had known, I would never ever rented here. But too late now. Get another storage place.

Well priced facility that is very secure. Its also well located and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this facility over others in the area.

This is not only at a convenient location, but the late hours really allow me the perfect access when I need to pick up or drop anything in my storage.

This place is great! Been storing here for a little over 9 months and have no regrets. People there make the whole experience easy and smooth. Sean is very helpful and efficient.

Great clean nice place, I didn't have a reservation but Sean was a great help. William was so polite and helpful! I love the U-haul services they provide definitely would do it again. After 2 days of craziness having kind people with great customer service was the icing on the cake! Thanks guys!

My reservation and move-in process was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciated their flexibility accommodating a minor date shift. Pricing was consistent and transparent—online rates were the same as in-person without the bate and switch promo pricing I ran into elsewhere. The location is easy to access and very clean. I appreciate that they have a bathroom available. This was my 1st experience renting storage, and it could not have gone smoother.

Ballinger Heated Storage is well-run and very responsive to customers. When I forgot to update a credit card for automatic payment, they actually called me to make sure what I wanted to do. Conveniently off Exit 177 of I-5.

Great facility! No negatives here. Good prices, clean, secure, a dock for easy loading, plenty of working moving carts, huge elevators, manager is efficient and reliable. Units are assessable earlier and later than any other facility I looked into, 5am-11pmOh! And they have two clean restrooms!

Amazing experience, newer, tidy storage units, with nice carts and dollys at request. The way it's set up is extremely convenient, the hallways are spacious, there's a bathroom available, everything I could ask for.
