They did a fabulous job with servicing my timing belt service. He took the time show the condition of the parts which were removed and also explained the importance of changing oil.

IT WAS WORST! I think the owner he is very rude, when I went to other shop they found out that my oil was not clean and I called BNY to asked them about my car oil because they changed my oil less than a week at the time and what I heard was shocked me the most he said so what were you doing here sitting and watching us changing your car oil did you think we add butter I never see a horrible customer service like this. I hope people wil not go to BNY auto. If there is 0 ? I will give him that
You the one said you need oil change I did not even say I need oil change and the other thing you were in the office when the guy change the oil. And one minute you said I was sitting the other minute you said I was standing and watching you guys you did not even do anything with the oil change why you lie about it. What about saying that putting "butter " you think you were cooking or what? I will never come back to this shop trust me .

My Prius broke down, and they were fantastic about it. Had it towed there on a Saturday afternoon; I think they had it ready for me to pick up by late Monday. The repair was clearly explained, affordable, well-executed, and timely. Couldn't ask for more; will definitely try and make this my regular auto place from now on.
