I visited their shop to get tint on my Model Y after hearing positive things from Tesla owners on Reddit about Accutint in Shoreline. They didn't disappoint.
Michael was excellent in helping me coordinate my appointment, very responsive to me and helped me through my questions on the best type of product/tint level for my needs.
Gregg was the perfect ambassador for someone who was getting their first-time tint, helping show me examples and helping choose a personalized tint level for my vehicle.
The end result speaks for itself, the car looks great. I'm no longer in a fish bowl while I'm driving around, my car looks sharper than ever, and I get the added bonus of UV protection/heat rejection from the Xpel window tint.
They were also very helpful in coaching me through the first few days of the tint, reminding me how to care for it while it cures (mainly not to roll the windows down, etc).

“The guys at Filmon are great. Our car is a 16 year old Saturn Vue and we frequently have things that need to be checked out. Filmon has fantastic availability (they can often squeeze small issues in same day while you wait when we call in the AM) and are incredibly reasonably priced compared to other places. They diagnosed an issue in 5m that had puzzled our grease monkey guys, despite being related to power steering fluid. We also had calipers needing replacement - they took them off to show us the issue and explained why one absolutely needed replacement compared to the other which could wait if we wanted to spread them out. The other well rated shop we got an estimate for didn’t give us the same info and would have been 30% more expensive. They’re kind too - have given us freebie help even though it took him about 30m (no parts). It’s a casual place - don’t expect fancy waiting rooms, shiny customer service, or other premiums you’d find at a dealership (that costs more money). Filmon has knowledgeable mechanics, gets it done for a good value and are trustworthy. We don’t go anywhere else.”

“This dealership and their employees are the reason that I was able to lease a new EV recently! With family obligations at home, a long work commute and long work days, and being out of town on days off, I had absolutely no time to sit in a dealership for hours. I was first contacted by Mason, and he worked incredibly hard over the span of a couple of weeks to get me the information I needed. Mason checked in almost daily to let me know how things were progressing or if he was likely too busy with in person customers to help that day. When it was time to stop by in person on my way to work as we were close to an agreement, it was Mason’s day off, but sales manager Jim, and Kat, in sales, were up to speed on where Mason and I were in the process. That led to a smooth transition and with their help over the course of two, hour long drop ins on my way to work, along with the help of Sales Manager Dan, and Kellen in finance, made the process as quick and effortless as possible. Buying or leasing a car can be a rough process, and while there was a little negotiating, there was never any pressure or deceptive tactics. “Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.”
“Had to make an emergency stop here on my way to see my mom in the hospital. Brakes were failing and it was just a couple hours before closing on a Saturday. Not only did David and the mechanic diagnose the issue but they were also able to fix the car same day. Our 2009 Ford Escape needed new brake calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines. Total came to just over $1500. I have no basis upon which to judge the price, but I super appreciate David and team getting us squared away the same day. “I called around 4pm friday trying to get an appointment in this week for a check engine light and they were able to squeeze an appointment in on monday morning for me. It was in by 8am and out by 5pm. Note, I am a younger woman who has been taken advantage of at mechanics in the past so i am wary of where i go. However, i was able to work with Steve who guided me through the process and was eager to answer any questions i had about the maintenance. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I had a full inspection performed and an email sent to me for diagnostics. I LOVED this. It allowed to know what was wrong before the call so that i didnt have to make so much of a in-the-moment decision when it came time to decide what to repair. Also the pricing for their services was appropriate from what ive seen for my situation and had a AAA discount. Overall, i personally would recommend this place over any dealorship”
