We pleased with the service supplied at Arne’s Auto Service. The brakes on the Honda Pilot were badly worn, something expected after 98,000 miles. Carlos’ estimate was very fair and the was completely on time. Thanks for their assistance.

My car suddenly started making a horrible metal on metal noise on Monday, so I called around to various mechanics, and everyone was booked out for 2 weeks. Carlos’ team at Arne’s were able to get me in and out on Tuesday. They stayed open late to finish so I could have my car back on the same day, and that was with replacing all of my brake pads and rotors. Everyone I spoke with was kind, and I’m just so pleased with the service I received. I will definitely be back in the future!

Over the past 3 months, I have had a complete break job and an engine repair completed by Carlos and his team. Both visits were handled in the first visit, they came in on budget AND they got my work truck back on the road so I could be back to making $$$. I highly recommend Arne's Auto Service for all your automotive repair needs. The repairs I had were completed on time and on budget!!!

I've had multiple problems with a Dodge Avenger month's back and I have to say I was very fortunate to find this small auto repair shop. They helped me fix those issues within a timely manner and they were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I ended up trading in my vehicle due to more problems coming in, but I will definitely be going back to this shop for any future car repair issues. I always had a sense that my car was back in great condition after each visit and I can 100% recommend the awesome service here.

They did a good job on the needed repairs, didn't suggest anything too unnecessary, and after I saw that they had cleaned the connections on my battery (there was some leaked battery acid/rust) and didn't charge for it, which was a pleasant surprise.

OMG, Arne's is absolutely fantastic!!! Carlos is the owner now, and his customer service is outstanding. Someone at the Washington Department of Ecology recommended them and I have been going there for everything automotive since. It has been seven or eight years now and I would NEVER, EVER consider going somewhere else. Carlos takes the time to make you feel well taken care of and you definitely are. The prices are extremely reasonable and clearly explained. I trust Carlos absolutely and know that he would never do anything on my 2001 car that isn't absolutely needed. He even is willing to go to bat for me with my insurance company if he feels they have not estimated my repairs adequately. Long live Arne's!!!

I called to ask if they did auto body repair, which they don't, but they went above and beyond by sharing a local auto body repair shop that could help me!! This is the customer service that creates trust and loyalty.I will definitely bring my car to Arnie's for auto services!

Best auto repair shop! Carlos is honest, fair, and always explains what is needed, or not needed, in terms that are easy to understand. He makes time to get our cars in for repair.
