Scam artists. They have sale signs up for items but they ring up at full price. They hope you don’t notice. If you do and point it out they say “that sign is old” and then they refuse to honor it, and they leave the signs up so they can rip off the next customer.

Sat outside for almost 30mins while the employee did "shift change" aka sit on his phone talking to someone and pretending to stock and then waited for my mother and I to leave the parking lot then proceeded to go look for us so he could open the doors and not have any customers.

It’s 4:15 am and this store has been “closed for shift change” since 2am. I’ve now been to this arco three times trying to get something to drink. Lame. How long does it take to do a freaking shift change?

Literally the nicest people here, so friendly and welcoming! I can’t speak to the 24hr issue but I go here over the EZ Mart across the street (since EZ staff yell, complain and ask customers to leave after five minutes, truly a tragic place for customer service).

This is not 24/7 and it's not cool at all when the store is called AMPM and should be called "were changing shift" excuse is Getting Old. I'll keep posting complaints until this is fixed. I work graveyard and i shouldn't have to wait till 5am just to get a hot beverage while it's snowing outside. Please FIX THIS ASAP CAUSE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EMAIL CORPORATE TO GET THIS CHANGED. I'm from California and this is not cool.

Between 3:00 and 5:00 is when I would assume people getting up and going to work would love some coffee, but unfortunately that's the time they decide to do their change of shift or whatever they call sitting behind the counter with the door locked. Nobody's doing anything inside they just have all the doors locked. I wish I got paid for 2 hours to sit on my butt

How you claim 24hrs is beyond me!!! The staff take liberties throughout the night, locking the door, no sign and taking much longer when there is a sign. Ride once they finally unlock the door ,like I should aplogize for bothering them. It's not the best area to be left sitting outside while the person BEING PAID to be there does god only knows what!!! Claiming to be doing work that requires the door to be locked ?!?!?! Seems to me that work can be done during the day or schedule another person on the nights this "work" needs to be done!!! I want to like this place I really do but the cheap gas is not as appealing coupled with a bad attitude and locked doors! Oh and the bathroom has been unuseable for months, 'so & so took the key home" "so & so broke the key in the handle"....SURE so & so probably doesn't want to clean it is more like it!!!

Every morning between 2am to 4am the worker put a sign on the door saying shift change but he is in the back and he car is there every time I’ve seen him just waking around in the back in the phone and not come to the window or open the door

Ampm is great their employees are also nice and the most thingI like in ampm is their coffee. I mean they have really good and cheap coffee.
