Linda helped us choose the right storage unit and encouraged us to meet our goals. She was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that sometimes the hallway doors stick, and we can't get in as easily as we'd like.

I have had a storage unit here for about 4 years now and I have never experience anything negative here. It is clean and safe too. You can also sign up to win various types of gift baskets that they provide. Since I have been a customer here there has only been one rental increase from 50+ a month to 73.00 a month. The staff is friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to others.

Wendy was extremely helpful, very professional, and made my move in process quick and easy!
Their rental truck is an amazing deal as well.
Cheap, spacious, and very flexible! When you rent the truck you get to keep it for the full day and it doesnt need to be returned until as late 9:30 AM the next morning…. incredible! I unfortunately was not able to move all my items the first day and scheduling another day with the truck was quick, cheap, and easy.
I strongly recommend this facility for your storage needs!

Clean, friendly, and helpful; I've worked with both office and maintenance staff (some move-ins are weirder than others ?) and everyone's been just wonderful. My stuff's in a good place!

Honestly couldn't be happier with this place!! Getting set up was super easy and the discount on first few months rent helped save a few bucks. I shopped around for storage units pretty extensively and this was the best deal I found in the Seattle area - including insurance it comes out to $68 per month for my 8x10 (other places are more expensive at a base cost, and often only have one or 2 months discounted rent). Move in was easy, I was able to drive up and park right next to the door and borrow their carts, use the freight elevator and load up the unit quickly. The place is not shiny or fancy by any means, but they have excellent safety measures and inside the building is clean and dry (no weird smells). Best yet, the folks who work here are completely delightful, easy to reach by phone, and so kind and helpful!

There's a young man in unit 1066, who pees outside his unit! Someone else made a report as well but I would just like to get the word out. This guy sleeps in his unit as well, she has gone by and heard loud snoring. Honestly should look into it. We are grossed out. Not sure if you guys check cameras, but I would.
