We have been using Wittenberg CPA since we took over a business that they had already been the CPA, in November 2020. The last 3 tax filing periods, we have had to have extensions filed, even though they had all pertinent information they needed to do our business tax filing and then provide us with our K-1s for personal filing. Each time we reach out asking questions, takes a long time to get a response and when we do get a response it is very vague.

We've used Mike for our personal and small business tax and accounting work. We highly recommend him. We started with a very disorganized, manual system of accounting and thanks to Mike's advice we're now smooth as butter for our accounting. He's great about answering questions and working with us. I'm also sure he's saved us money and more than paid for his fees. We're happy to answer questions about his stellar work for us.

For over 20+ years we have relied on Mike Wittenberg and his staff for all of our accounting needs! It has been a blessing to have him as a part of our "TEAM"!! He and his staff are well versed in any and all accounting questions or concerns we may have. In addition they have the ability to handle filings not only in Washington State but others as well which has been extremely helpful for my wife and I. Without hesitation if you are in need of a CPA you can't go wrong with the Wittenberg firm.

Highly recommend Wittenberg CPA! Mike and his team have been our accountants for over 20 years. They’re always available to their clients, very responsive. Always on top of the Washington State laws as well as other states where they are licensed to file. We have had the need for their expertise in other states for our out of state investments and they have always done an excellent job for us.

We recently moved to Shelton and looking for a CPA. Called Wittenberg with a general accounting question. Without hearing the question, they said they dont give advise unless you're a client. I said I'm looking for a CPA. Wittenberg said they're not taking any new clients. Catch-22 I guess. Small town feel and customer appreciation is lost at Wittenberg.

They are not taking new clients and wont answer a general question without you being a client. I have several friends/family that are clients. They didnt care. What happen to customer service?!
