They charged me $500 for an alignment left my entire front suspension loose and didn't do the alignment correct. If I were you never go to these people and get your money back when you can they are scamming you and they do not know how to do their job I will be filing a lawsuit against them because My ball joint snapped off in the middle be driving on the highway.

My right front brake started making a lot of noise. I was able to take it in, and they resolved the problem before the end of the day. The staff were professional and courteous. If I ever have another problem I feel I can leave it with them and have it fixed in a timely and efficient manner.

We were on our way home from a family trip yesterday and had a break down in Shelton 30 minutes from home. They got us right in and did everything to get us back on the road the next day to make a family wedding tomorrow! Great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable techs! Even offered us a ride home! Will definitely return next time a repair is needed!

I took my car in to get the AC fixed. They brought up other things that need attention. When all was said and done my car has never driven this well since I got it. You guys are the best!

Wow!! I genuinely cannot rave about the folks at this shop. Truly some of the kindest, most generous and wonderful people. We were traveling from the Oregon Coast to Olympic to shoot a wedding when we started experiencing some transmission issues. This happened around 4:00 on a weekday and no one would see us. We were shooting the wedding the next morning and called every mechanic within a 10 mile radius. Thank goodness Sue answered. We told her how urgently we needed help and she was so kind and told us to come in immediately. They bent over backwards to help us make it. Don and Sue are absolute angels and genuinely care about the folks that come to their garage. Sue was so communicative and Don was amazing. They diagnosed our car and highlighted some other important issues for us to address when we got back home to make sure we didn’t end up in the same situation again. The work they did was top notch and they treated us so kindly. I really can’t sing their praises enough. If we lived in the area, they’d be our go-to. These folks are incredible, generous, and extremely knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend them!

I brought my car in for $250 job. They charged me 489$ and said it took over 4.5 hours. It was just a coilover adjustment and alignment. I had a $500 cap for the work which was supposed to include brakes brakes never got done and ironically the bill was within $20 of my cap. I have gone to the shop one time before almost 8 years ago I put a $500 cap on my Ford and ironically it was within $20 of that cap then as well. A coil over adjustment takes 30 minutes each side. The mechanic was asking me about does my car shake at high speeds and has the steering wheel always been off this car was completely rebuilt and there was no issues with it at all. I got it back I paid a ridiculous amount for the service my body kit is damaged and now it's loose. I was up at Island lake and we saw my car drive by which is a ways away from where their shop is so it had no reason to be up there for the test drive I never mentioned it to the mechanic. We went down and waited at the shop for my car to get back from the test drive for almost a half an hour all they were doing was a coilover adjustment raising the car and an alignment. I believe they overcharged and the mechanic damaged my car . Don't waste your money go to a different shop.

Poor service at Vanderwall's shop! Sue, the owner, was surprisingly oblivious to my needs and wasted my time. She demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding the interlock system, which made it difficult to get the help I needed in a timely manner. Communication was poor, and my experience was frustrating at every appointment along the way.
It's disappointing to see an owner so disconnected from the needs of her customers. Hopefully, she'll take steps to improve her knowledge and customer service skills soon!"
If you need a interlock I recommend car toys and intoxalock.

These guys are the best. Honest, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They treated us like family and did everything to get us back on the road. Halfway through our drive we ran into some pretty intense car issues. We were so stressed and Sue and Don took such great care of us. The quality of their work was great, and the customer care they provided was absolutely beyond. We’re so grateful to them and highly recommend their services.

Took my Yukon in for an alignment, they fit me in next day which a greatly appreciate. When I got the vehicle back, it had a new code, they told me to bring it back next week. I brought it back, was told the tech that did the alignment wasn't in the office, he would call me back. I asked if someone else could plug in the snap on computer and scan for codes to see if it was something cause by the alignment, or a coincidence. The office staff told me it wasn't that simple, you don't just "plug it in and scan for codes". Fast forward TWO WEEKS, still no call back. I took the Yukon to another shop, who plugged their Snap-on computer in, read the codes, determined the steering wheel position sensor needed to be recalibrated because of the alignment. They re-calibrated it, and had the Yukon fixed in less than 5 minutes (something that should have been done after the alignment, the original time). I just called the shop back to explain the situation and let them know I no longer needed a call back (after two weeks, I doubt I would have received one anyways), and I got a "sorry, thanks for letting us know you don't a call back". Very disappointed with the communication and what seems to be a lack of caring about customer concerns and follow up. I gave a two star rating because they were able to get me an alignment next day.

Had my Mini Cooper brought there and I picked it up today. They did such a great job on my car! It is running better than ever and the service was wonderful. Highly knowledgeable and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a quality repair!
