Up until now, I had great success with USPS delivering packages to my house. My gate is open. Fedex was able to deliver another package today. Few hours later USPS marked unable to deliver package? How is that so? Incompetent USPS drivers getting lazy. UPS and Fedex has never had this problem with me. I LOOKED AT MY SECURITY CAMERA AND THEY NEVER CAME. JUST LAZY DRIVERS WHO DOESN'T WANT TO DELIVER TO CERTAIN ADDRESSES.

When they're open (hours have been cut due to vandalism by street people) you do your business and wait your turn if you need service. The employees are very helpful and do a great job.

Shelton, Wa Post Office...
Randy may be a nice guy but lazy when it comes to his job. When you go to pick up a package, hopefully, you can get someone else to find it for you.

I have been waiting on my packages that were supposed to be here 2 days ago but instead I got one of the packages with a note saying the others are at the post office. Then when I get online to see what's going on it says could not access delivery location... ? why deliver part of my packages and then say we couldn't do it but you were able to deliver a part of it? Make it make sense. Give me my stuff.

I'm leaving two stars and that is very generous. More than twice I have tracked a package across the country, but as soon as it got to the Shelton post office it will sit there. Saying it is "out for delivery" yet not getting to the box each day. The last time this happened I filed for like an investigation or review,.. something like that. When the lady called you could tell she was mad. Short, snappy and acting like I had done something wrong. She never apologized or tried to explain. Nothing.... She just said that it would be showing up the next day, and that if I would have just waited one more day, it would have been here.... Smh. Customer service is non existent at this post office rarely will you get one on the phone

Three stars because there have been good experiences. I have three issues. My outgoing mail sat for days with no pickup. If they won't do that anymore, why are they selling mailboxes with that red flag? The second issue leads to the third. The badly placed mailbox by the Fred Meyer store on Wallace-Kneeland will not open. It's also battered, rusty and clearly neglected. With shipping prices being absolutely ridiculous, there should be money for upkeep. This leads to the third issue. Nobody answers the phone. I tried twice and it rang forlornly until it hung up on me. I'm trying to report an issue, people. Seriously?

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. After talking to the post Master and being assured our packages would be delivered. A few months in the regular mail man returns after the holidays and chooses to with hold our packages. However all through the holidays in his absence all the other drivers delivered no problem. Live bugs should not be going back to the post office .just drop the package off on the porch.ITS YOUR JOB!!!! DONT LIKE IT GET A NEW ONE!

Our mailman refuses to deliver packages to our porch. This is after taking down our fence. He has a clear sidewalk now and still refuses to deliver our packages. We talked to post master, she told us she would do a drive by and we would bebe getting our packages.

Some of the most miserable employees here, they can’t even do their job without acting like you owe them something I’ve had some of the worst experiences with the Asian guy. If you can avoid getting your packages here then do it it’s better than having to deal with these employes.
