Shady place to do business. I had an rv on consignment here for 6 months with "no offers".
When I was renewing my contract they offered me a payout that was equal to their commission. I had to take it due to medical issues needing to get paid off.
Within a week it sold.
I believe this man Bill, is "shady" and a lover of money, saying anything to pad his pockets. Ethics have passed him by.
I would not trust ANYTHING he says to you......

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. The sold us a car 2 weeks ago. Knowing it had a valve issue. Which they did not inform us about. 2 days after we got it it acted up. And the car started losing Anti-freeze. We took it to Ford to have it checked out. After we spoke with Sun auto, who said OK. Now they are saying since we took it to Ford they will not fix it, or reimburse us. Ford is saying it may be a head. We paid 5300.00 cash for the vehicle, and it lasted less than 2 days.

The low rating is not because of the customer service here. Brian was great. It is not because vehicles are inappropriately priced. For what they are, the advertised price is a decent starting point. However...
Be prepared to encounter vehicles that look pretty shiny on the outside and pretty clean on the inside, but the windows don't roll down. The instrument clusters don't work. Defects which can run from annoying to downright unsafe. Also unadvertised. I mean really, what good is a car that has no functioning speedometer, odometer, tachometer, or pressure gauges? Windows that don't function? That might rate mentioning up front. It also might save you a trip to the lot which can be a problem especially if you're coming from a ways away just to be disappointed.
They will answer your questions about the vehicles. If they have flaws they'll tell you. But if you have to ask it makes you wonder if they're kind of counting on you not asking.
I would recommend that if you see a vehicle online that you're interested in that you call and ask about it. Thoroughly. Before making the trip.

Needed to help my friend / maintenance guy buy a truck. I called Bill yesterday went to look at the truck today. A straight 2008 Ram 1500 Laramie with a canopy. Met with the mechanic / sales guy who showed us the trucks on the lot. Then my friend picked out the Ram 1500 Laramie we had seen on Offer Up to test drive. It was a smooth runner. Talked to Bill on the phone, got some money off the price even though they had just done a price reduction. Started on the paperwork. Then Bill and his wife Alice showed up. We talked while the mechanic took my friend over his new truck. Making sure everything was in good working order. No fuss just write the check and off down the road. Thanks for an easy transaction.
