They drive the street illegal truck to Shelton Washington - on highways after my purchase despite being dangerous to drive. I called them on Tuesday because they had not attempted to call

He car would be driven to the house in Bellevue. I was told it would be delivered clean and the gas topped off. Neither was the car filled with gas or the car cleaned. He specifically said the truck bed would be clean. By ‘him’ I am referring to the general manager. I can not recommend you dealership to anyone. For any thing.

Must question every detail of the service process. I use a "Battery Tender" on my Jeep: there is a connection to the battery that was, when I brought the vehicle in to the service department exposed outside the front grill. When I got the vehicle back this was not exposed, but hanging inside the engine compartment. It does not look like the plastic separator at the left front headlamp was properly reinstalled. This query into the performance of the service department is way too soon. You should give me a few months to fully evaluate the product I have just purchased. The people working at the front counter were very good, personable, but a bit arrogant.
