Was looking for a new regular FFL and as a courtesy called to ask if they had the items I was looking for in stock before ordering them online at a lower price. They didn’t which was fine, but the employee mentioned they charge $75 PER FIREARM to do FFL transfers. Across the five states I’ve lived in as an adult, only FFLs in big blue California cities price gouge like that. 100% worth taking the extra time to pay under $50 at a ton of other FFLs in area. Sad to see FFLs making their money by marking up transfers like this, in my experience it only happens when they’re unable to offer competitive prices on their inventory.Response: Hey I get it, you have to get your customers to pay your markups somehow and overcharging the uninformed on outside transfers is an easy way to do that! I’m having some trouble finding a higher FFL transfer fee in the area, but you are certainly correct you’re not the lowest priced. 5 minutes of Googling and calling led me to one of your local competitors that’s going to save me over $90 compared to your fees hahaha

Went to visit for my first time today (saturday august 19th 2023 @2:24pm) but they were closed. All the lights in the shop were off, and the "Open" sign was off. The store hours sign that was posted on the door said they close at 3:30 this afternoon and won't reopen until tuesday. Bummer.. i was hoping to save a trip out to lacey for ammo. Hopefully i can catch them on their actual business hours one day. I've heard great things about this place, but i've yet to confirm...

I had a great experience coming in here to buy some ammunition. The owner was so nice and kind and very well versed on our gun rights and the process to purchase. My father and brother have also purchased firearms here and have had great experiences!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good inventory of both new and used products. Buyers on hand. Went in to sell two of my firearms and received a prompt and fair offer. Recommended.

Got a pistol here on the 19th, waited 13 working days now is December 8th and they tell me they’re closed now we’ll have to wait till January 1st, never deal with this place they will steal your money and withhold your firearm! Edit: There was a misunderstanding but got my money back at least, glad Harry at least is a upstanding guy.

Great experience, I traded a rifle for another with money down. The owner Harry was great and easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure and more than willing and fair to work a deal. Will be doing more business there in the future!!!

Easily the best customer service I have received while shopping for a new/used firearm. I am picky and ask a lot of questions and the employee helping me out responded great to my questions and was very patient. Great prices for items as well! I will continue to make a 40 minute drive just to use this shop.
