Run away fast! Jason is a jerk, rude and condescending. Long insurance delays because they do not submit correctly because they do not agree with the online terms and conditions. Whatever that means. And then Jason blamed me! They put the SAME original broken headlight and scratched parts back on my car and charged my insurance for them! What at scam. I was told the owner, Robert, "retired" immediately after I dropped my car off, leaving only the manager Jason to deal with. Very unprofessional.

Perfect reflection of their poor service and disrespectful interactions resulted in me taking my car elsewhere for repairs. A j*** named Bob first had disparaging comments about the insurance company and then asked me if I knew what the forward button in my email was for.... so I could send the insurance company the bid. I do my job and I expect the same from companies I do business with. I try to stay local but WTH?
