McKenna helped me out and even though after the fact I realized it was clearly something I could have done on my own just by switching out the SIM card, McKenna never let on to this and helped me out with no reservations. She was patient and friendly and quite the multitasker as she helped multiple folks while my phone went through a very long software update. Stellar customer service on her part.”

“My husband And I came in on a Sunday to get 2 new phones and tablet to replace our old ones. Tyler was our guy while there.... we were expecting a nightmare experience as it's always been at other verizon stores.....Tyler was amazing! He did so much for us which took over an hour.
