Had a dead battery at the south mason soccer fields, called in and they had a truck out within 30 minutes. Practice wasn’t even over so the kids had no clue anything was stressful or wrong. Super grateful.

I've needed to call Jim's no less than 4 times in the last couple of years for a variety of reasons (including a delivery truck that got stuck in my driveway). They are always super friendly and reliable. "Scott" helped on my most recent tow, which was prearranged due to the situation and my job. He was super prompt and friendly, and he mentioned that he knew I needed to get to work, so he worked efficiently without sacrificing a pleasant attitude. Their pricing is also super fair! Fantastic business. Fantastic staff.

Called for abandoned vehicle removal. Was told property owner must pay $250 for the tow. Called another tow company and was informed that it is illegal to charge money for abandoned vehicle removal in WA. The tow must be charged back to the last registered owner of the vehicle and the tow company must have an impound license. Then I found out that they're losing their tow license and are trying to get as much money as they can before they're out of business.

Drivers are horrible at driving. Had a tow truck pass me on the right thru town. Apparently doing the speed limit is to much to ask for them!

I would highly recommend Jim’s Auto. We called at 10:40 pm with a flat trailer tire. With still two hours to drive we were in a bit of a bind. Within 15 minutes the tow truck arrived. Super friendly, helpful and professional.Service: Tire change
