This is our primary pharmacy since we live out in a rural area. Over the years they have been pretty consistent, but they can sometimes take a long time to fill prescriptions, and on some days the staff isn’t always the friendliest (probably on the busier days, which is kind of understandable). Overall it meets our needs and we haven’t had any big issues so if this is in your area it might be a good option to consider.

I’ve had several unprofessional and inconveniencing experiences here. The pharmacy tech I spoke to today acted like she wasn’t being paid to assist customers. The pharmacy requires that I call ahead to make sure my MONTHLY prescription is in stock because they apparently don’t have a better inventory process and when I did this today the person I spoke to seemed confused, inconvenienced and rude on the phone. When I explained to her that I’m only calling because they’ve required me to, she argued with me about it. I’m a customer, not someone you argue with if you have a question about your own policies… follow up on it.In previous experiences they’ve made mistakes filling my prescriptions and then counseled me on it. Or I have called to confirm my prescription was ready (I live far away so would do this to make sure before I go to town) it’s confirmed then when I get there it was never fulfilled.I imagine this can be a difficult job working with challenging people, but it’s still a job that should have higher expectations in terms of their customer service standards and business practices. This department needs management oversight and accountability

This is a good pharmacy. Sometimes they are swamped, but they were very helpful. Also, it's a nice shopping center, which is a bonus.

I get my prescription sent here. They never fill it out on the same day. Sometimes they lie about receiving it! My doctor called to confirm they had my prescriptions, but when I tried to pick them up they said " no we don't have it" then changed the story to "our fax machine is down" after I said my doctor called to confirm! Do not use this pharmacy if you need meds on the same day.

Everytime i go there to pick up my prescription I'm hassled by a pharmacy tech usually the same one. They feel they are above people and gatekeep your percriptions even overriding the doctor and even lying about when it can be filled. When I try to complain I am given the cold shoulder and run around. This is unacceptable..people need their medication and it seems as if the pharmacy staff love holding that over you.

One of the most helpful, competent pharmacy staff I've met in a grocery store setting. I've been going there for years. I accidently switched to another store's pharmacy once while in the middle of an emergency. The experience made me remember why I was originally with Fred Meyer Pharmacy. I don't see how to rate pharmacy 5 stars or I would.
