I've purchased 3 vehicles from Leon over the years, 2 were great. This last time 3 years ago it was a 5k POS, never got the title, just excuses. It's sat dead after putting in 3k, can't title it, can't register it, can't sell it. Formal complaint to DOL dealer services has been made, reported to WSP and a attorney has been retained for a civil suit. Repeated calls unanswered and currently there "office" is at a storage unit in Shelton for taking folks payments only.

Horrible dealer. Failed to transfer the title on the car that we bought from them. Now is not even answering the phone. We’re in the process of getting a lawyer.Avoid at all costs.

Bought a 2003 Volkswagen beetle from them for 3500 gave us a title and everything was fine. couple months later alot of the stuff starts to break down, motor, windows, shifter. A YEAR AND A HALF later I drove that beetle 2000 miles to a different state just to find they gave us the wrong title to begin with. We've been battling them for half a year now to give us a new title. They gave us temp tags but no title just excuses. getting tired of the waiting game. after spending about as much in parts as they did in the car itself total and still spending for broken parts its getting old people. Don't buy from this dealer they are cons and don't care about you.

My daughter and I bought 2 cars from them. Titles never came in the mail.we paid extra for the licensing fees. Couple years later when I went to sell had a hard time getting titles from dogcon. Total cons if ya ask me. They bank on you getting impounded to get car back. Go elsewhere

My wife bought a car about 6/7 no ago and they promised to replace swaay bar clip and when she made her first payment she bought tabs too well 7 mo go buy still no tabs and no clip for her I had to go to a pick n pull for one

One of their employees, Leon, I think, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Was swearing and making extremely bigoted remarks and conspiracy theories around me and my kids that I don't want to repeat on Google. If this is the kind of people they let talk to customers, then I can just go down the road to the next shop.

Plates for my car ended up costing me which I was not happy about. Considering the fact that I AM ON A FIXED INCOME of $197/ month since I am disabled and going through that whole process. So it was a hard slap when I found out it was on me and not the dealership.But Leon is cool and Ricki is someone that inspires me to be a stronger ? woman and I may someday just stop by Dogcon just to get her number again.

Bought a junk car from them. Transmission was bad. Did not give me a title. Went out of business while I tried to get the title for the car and was never able to get ahold of them. Bad service all around
