Called to make an appt because my ac was blowing hot air out of one side of my car. Very common problem with my car. Woman told me it’s $260-380 to fix an ac. My appt is about 10 days later, where I’m then told there’s a fee of $128-158 to diagnose my old car. I would have paid around $250 for someone else to replace the actuator, but I’m not paying over $400. I’m sure they’re fine mechanics, so I gave them a couple stars, but what a waste of time.

Too quick over the phone to tell me how "expensive" they would be rather than hearing about the issue (or the vehicle for that matter) to give me a quote so I hung up. Don't make assumptions to customer's cars or financial states based off a question. Yes, I am okay to look for the most cost effective option while not underselling or over paying. Mechanic's always have a stick up their butt and no social skills. I recommend not bothering with people who don't want to have a normal conversation or humility

Our car broke down (2005 Mercury Mariner), which turned out to be the alternator, and while they fixed that found our axle was broken so that was fixed too. Took it in on Thursday and was ready by Friday afternoon. It wasn't cheap but for what they had to do it was well worth the price. Our alternator was buried deep in the engine and difficult to get at.Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here. Thanks so much to the people who worked so hard to fix our car ??
