If you are considering opening an account at this bank, DON'T do it! Especially don't do it if your accounts require you to schedule a meeting with a banker there.Although I had been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and have had a very substantial amount of money invested in it, and still do (a cd invested through a broker at another state branch), I was recently penalized for withdrawing a cd outside of its seven-day grace period. I would have been within the grace period but the banker rescheduled me two days outside the grace period to meet with me for renewal. Other banks have a 10-day grace period. I also do my banking at other banks where I've been told that Wells Fargo could have easily waived the penalty fee because they were the ones at fault for not accommodating my need to meet with them during the grace period.

This branch is awesome!! Karly has been super helpful and always accommodated our needs. We have done a lot of transactions lately and this branch has been nothing but helpful. Super glad we have such a fantastic branch available.

I opened an account here over 20 when I was 8. I have really appreciated them through the years. Home loans, private loans, they have done it all. COVID has been brutal to banks, and the closure of the Port Angeles branch has put a lot of strain on this branch. How they can be so nice despite this stress and strain is just amazing. I’m glad they are finally getting staffed up to normal levels again.

I am stuck paying my rent with this bank. It's the only option the landlord has given. I dread it every month. I've waited in the drive through on several monthly occasions for over an hour. This has been an ongoing issue for many many months, and I don't see it changing for the better any time soon. If it wasn't for having to go there I never would again.

We have been customers since 2005 and are seriously considering leaving since moving from Montana. I understand Covid has caused issues, but having to go through the drive thru to make an appointment is not acceptable. Not sure why the phone can't be answered.

I have been with wells fargo for almost 40 years. Today i cancelled all of my accounts. I think the issue is a branch of nice people who have corporate pressure that has run this bank into the ground. By contrast i switched to Sound Communtiy Bank right up the road and the contrast in how they care for their customers was absolutely night and day. I really feel for the employees and the manager at WF because i feel they are nice but are just prevented from providing quality service by upper corporate management. The peace of mind i felt when i switched to sound bank was amazing. Interesting .. The branch itself was not able to close my accounts (6 plus a business acct). after waiting on hold for 22 minutes the phone agents who closed the account did not once ask if there was anything they could do to keep my business. SAD

I've been a Wells Fargo account holder for 50 years. Wells Fargo and particularly the Sequim WA branch has to be the absolute worst bank in the USA. Wells Fargo has been caught creating fraud accounts, their reputation as a corporation is horrible. The Sequim bank lobby isn't open. Line at the drive through is slow and long. I had the wait 10 minutes in line because I wanted to deposit a large check INTO my account. Imagine what you'd have to go through to make a withdrawal from your account. I'll be changing banks.

the slowest bank in all of sequim, maybe all of washington. literally waited over 35 minutes with 2 cars in front of me in the drive up. this is a consistent experience every time i've ever come to this location. the staff is also awful and has no regard for the insane waits.

Lobby is always closed, atm Is always broken, and the drive thru line always has at least 10 cars. It's a 2 hr wait on a good day...

Bank hours updated a week ago from the business. Left work early as they have closed there branch in the town I work in, only to find out they close an hour earlier then stated. And you can never get ahold of anyone on the phone at this branch.

Very poor service. It takes weeks to get an appointment to go into the lobby. Only the drive thru is open and only from 10-4 and they will not handle wire transfer or any complex issue at drive thru. The closing on my house was delayed because I could not get wire transfer or cashiers check.
