We were able to fill a prescription and shop for greeting cards and hair products, all in one store.

Most Walgreens stores aren't great... but the folks here are always amazing, not just compared to other Walgreens but all pharmacies. I travel, sometimes hours to havey ex's filled in Sequim because the pharmacy is staffed with the TopGun of pharmacists and support staff. Thank you all so much!

I have only gotten delivery service lately and have only been in the store a couple times since covid. I can say the delivery service never disappoints me. The order is promptly shopped and I usually have my deliveries accurately within 30-45 minutes. Only once did an order arrive incorrectly, with a substitute that I was never consulted on or wanted. It is best to have the delivery driver wait until you check the order and can reject a wrong item. I live 17 minutes away in a rural area, and this is consistently the best way to get grocery items during the pandemic or if you are homebound. The small tip is charged when ordering, but there is no delivery fee if over the minimum order. The Instacart driver will leave the items by your door, so if you need to check the order be waiting for them. I ask them to set the bag inside if I think the bag is heavy. The only drawback is that not everything in the store is available for delivery, or I would give 5 stars. There is also a pickup choice to use the drive up pharmacy window, with more items available for that. It's a covered portico with a wide space to get out of line if needed.*Follow up review. I had an inaccurate order because one item was substituted without my authorization. There is now a website substitution button to turn off subtitutes.

Called to see if I could get a prescription filled as the pharmacy in PA was closed on Sunday. Staff said it would be ready in an hour. Drove out there from Joyce to have them say it was 2 days prior to being eligible for a refill. Staff never apologized after the long drive out and could not care less for the inconvenience.

Pharmacy area and processes for vaccines are chaotic. Appointment times seem to be mere suggestions of when you will be seen -- expect to wait 30 to 40 minutes after your supposed appointment.

making an appointment for vaccines is a waste of time. There us no system set up to accommodate appointments. Stand in line with everyone as a walk in. D****

I would have given no stars if I could have. Never buy gifts cards from this Walgreens in Sequim. They don’t activate them and even with a receipt they refuse to do so. The female manager was absolutely rude and threatening. What kind of business are you running Walgreens taking peoples money and not giving the customer what they paid for? Along with hiring horrible management to represent your store. It’s pretty disappointing!!

free covid and flu shots. I can't stop thinking about how embarrassed I was and how I am not forgetting what happened. I was told to make an appointment, which I did. When I got to the store for my appointment I showed And employee behind the counter my printed on-line appointment sheet. an assistant told me to get in line "over there" There was no line so I stood by the wall. After 45 minutes past my appointment, Customers were walking past me as they were called in to the vaccination room. So, I went back to the counter after gathering my sanity. The manager, ( Vivian), usually very nice, rudely told me "to get in line with the rest of them" Then she barked , "We don't take appointments, "it's walk in only"Walgreens in sequim Washington is a nice store. It's very clean and well stocked. The lighting is bright and adequate. However, the customer service people should remember this one thing;"Treat your customers like they are the only one in existence"I am still having a rough time forgetting this. I moved my business to Rite Aid pre-covid, and prefer it. The wife made the appt for me. I failed to change it.Learn from my mistake!
