A straightforward visit, staff was courteous to both myself and my dog, my questions were answered and the costs were acceptable.

We would like to put a 5 star review in for Nicki H. at Petco in Sequim. She took such care of our adopted adult dog, and also found made some great suggestions to help her. Our newly adopted girl is somewhat nervous at times, but not with Nicki! thankyou so muchmost sincerely susan and rocky

Many occasions where it takes hours. Rude groomers. Have to answer phones and groom dogs at the same time. Poor time management. Nipped my dogs ear because she was in a hurry. Not worth the heart ache.

Took my 7 month westie puppy to get his first haircut at Petco and I got back a dog that was only bathed, NOT EVEN BRUSHED OUT and charged $60. The same as a haircut. They said they couldn't trim him due to him barking, wtf

First Time Ever for Any Groomer to Refuse to Shampoo Bernie! That was said to be Because He Didn't Want to Stand and Be More Helpful to Groomer Lisa. I've had Bernie, who is Catahoula leopard and either german shepherd or rottweiler shampooed by at least a dozen groomers in the past 3-4 years, with no problems. Yes its true he's not happy about getting a bath, and he is a little afraid at times. The groomer Lisa seemed inexperienced and unwilling to be assertive and encouraging for Bernie, and called me to say she wouldn't shampoo him. I needed to call elsewhere, and fortunately TLC Pet Pros in P.A. was willing to squeeze him in their schedule. Alicia there said yes Bernie was reluctant with her too, but he cooperated once he saw she wasn't going to stop just because she could tell he didn't want a bath. The Tacoma Petco had been good and the prior groomer at Sequim were good, but this was a waste of my time and frustrating that the handler didn't seem to have enough confidence to apply herself and just get the job done in an upbeat manner. I don't expect to try to go back there again, at least unless a groomer who I know can do the job is there and available.

Horrible groomer. After dropping my dogs for grooming, she called me after a half hour and said that she was totally unqualified to groom my dog. I picked them up looking like hell wondering how she got the job. My dogs are sweethearts, over 10 years old and have never experienced this before anywhere. Petco really falls short in this department.

Was okay long lines and no were to sit one suggestion some dogs were peeing so it starts a trend for all dogs to mark the spot may spray something to prevent or dog pads if they are going to have you wait for a hour in a half being disabled its truly hard to stand there for that amount of time its a great thing your doing and most people would hold a spot for you but there are a few that wont its not worth the trouble to leave the line and have people put you down I realize thats not your problem but if there was something you could do may help I recommend this to all my freinds as they have been good to work with them i was puzzled that they didnt check the chips in the animals as I wantes to make sure the chip still reads. Thank you

The sequim Petco is like many others. a wide selection of items for your day or dog, some interesting, and genetically altered black light glowing fish (with marketing touting the "inherited glows from their parents - without mention "someone genetically altered mom & dad" with the rest of the selection rounded out by a various reptiles & turtles. The staff was friendly and efficient, the lines moved quickly - overall a pleasant experience (i've had different experiences in other Petco's)

When they have what I need in stock,it's great. However, it's getting to the point where nine times out of 10 they won't have the one main thing that I need from them. For instance my cat likes three or four flavors of cat food. So I go to stock up on those three or four flavors. Every other time I'm there, they're completely out of the flavor I need in the size I want to buy (always a 3 ounce can). I can buy these by the case online, but I don't like to do that for something my cat is so finicky about. I cannot buy by the can online, so I have to come into the store, which is hit and miss. Sadly, I've also placed orders online to pick up in the store, and those are hit and miss as well. It appears that their inventory control system is not accurate. So I go in expecting to pick up two cases of something and only one is available. Very frustrating! I've started using other stores as my primary pet food supply because of this inconvenience.

Appointment at 8am No one opened doors till 10 after. 20 minuets later still checking in. 830 the person still hasn't gotten there for him yet. They gave a bath. 930 the nail tech still not there. They call and said they think she will be in in a few minutes. My appointment was for 8 am. My dog is crying in back ground. They have to keep him cause she's late. I don't like that.
