I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to diagnose and fix the problem with great speed and efficiency for a reasonable price. It's sad to see he has one reviewer that gave only one star because he moved or closed. I hope he's still around. He might have been the last good mechanic.”
“I’ve been using this branch for the last year. Service has been polite and efficient. Today I changed my oil by my own hand. The drain plug head was stripped out and I needed vice grips to remove it. That was quite disappointing.
Also the last time I was in, I had to explain to them where the one and only grease zerk was on the front driveline. I had to buy and have installed a new front driveline two years ago because the last shop I used didn’t know where the zerk was and never greased it causing failure. After spending $1000 to replace it I’m pretty diligent about walking them through it. There info tells them the truck has one zerk. If they can’t find it, they should communicate with the owner. All in all if they follow their training and communicate better with the customer They could be a five star facility.”
