“My experience has been the exact opposite. I have been using the Sequim office since 2015 for my CPAP needs, and have always found them helpful. I get my supplies through Medicare, so maybe that is a different story, but both Linda, the receptionist, and Julia, the technician have been great. Yes, if you are having an issue with your equipment, you have to make an appointment, but if you're getting your supplies from them, there's no charge for this. Yes, they want to sell you supplies-that's how they stay in business.”
