“Great experience! Our 20 year old Ford Ranger's had a part break which broke shorted the computer which shorted the fuel pump. They were able to assess the issue and find a solution since computers for a pickup this old were no longer available. It took some time but Tom let us know what was going on every step of the way. Highly recommend Sequim Auto Repair!”

“Extremely Reliable and Competent and truly care about you vehicle care and maintenance. The Crew as fronted by Chris is a team of professionals who take time to diagnose and describe the problem with your vehicle and then get you back on the road again. They fixed my CR-V Engine after a Head Gasket problem and while repairing they recommended some new internals to be replaced which only made sense such as a timing chain and water pump. This was done at 285k miles on the vehicle. Plus they said that the valves were too tight and reset them back to factory specs. When the car was back on the road, my mpg increased and my Honda Engine was very responsive like new again! That is a good feeling when driving between Seattle and Sequim in all the bad weather or long extended trips along the I-5 corridor. Good peace of mind!”

“Can't say enough about Don.... super busy guy but very knowledgeable and very personable. He did everything possible to fit us in and help us out with a hot water heater that decided to quit working while we were living in our travel trailer. When he said he would be there or get back to us, he did! That means a lot these days! Turned out it was a burnt wire that he was able to track down and fix. We feel very lucky to have found him!”

“I’ve been using this branch for the last year. Service has been polite and efficient. Today I changed my oil by my own hand. The drain plug head was stripped out and I needed vice grips to remove it. That was quite disappointing.
Also the last time I was in, I had to explain to them where the one and only grease zerk was on the front driveline. I had to buy and have installed a new front driveline two years ago because the last shop I used didn’t know where the zerk was and never greased it causing failure. After spending $1000 to replace it I’m pretty diligent about walking them through it. There info tells them the truck has one zerk. If they can’t find it, they should communicate with the owner. All in all if they follow their training and communicate better with the customer They could be a five star facility.”
