Car parts, restaurants, markets and hardware. Keep it local. You are only shooting yourself in the foot going to conglomerates, and big box. “One beautiful evening this past July, a deer came up over an embankment with a steel railing and impacted our car with zero chance to react. The passenger side was heavily damaged, and we had no idea what else, but we were able to limp the car off the road. Many wonderful folks stopped to check on us, but one of the locals told us about Evergreen and we've been grateful to her ever since.

Their tow driver came very quickly (it was a Saturday and after hours), helped us to get the car back to Sequim and took us to our hastily booked motel. Our simple day trip went wrong, but we could not have asked for a better experience.

After that, it took a while to assess damage, get everything ordered and get the job done right, but the team was helpful, highly communicative, and so kind. When you're far from home (we are from the east side of Seattle essentially) and situations like this occur, it's wonderful to have a solid bunch of folks on your side. We thank them for all their hard work, and can say with confidence that our Subaru is running and looking great again. ❤️”

“My engine light came on in my honda and the highway patrol told me that O'Reilly's will check it for free, saving me a diagnosis charge at the dealer who services it. The salesman there said it was #4 cylinder that needed adjusting. I brought it to the dealer and sure enough, they confirmed that and it was not cheap, but the light never came back and it runs better. The dealer has not always found things this fast.....”
