“We had a great experience at the Sequim store. We bought a new lawnmower with help from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, we had return it, almost immediately because of a good sized oil leak. We were able to return it, and get a new, more expensive model, at a good price. It was a very stressful experience that could have been much, much worse. But the staff and management went out if their way to make things right. I highly recommend this Home Depot.”

“I had such a great experience here! One of the managers, Jordan Tess (I think was his name), was so helpful when I was grabbing materials to build a patio. I accidentally grabbed the wrong type of sand & he immediately got me a new cart, offered to load up the right type of sand, and then offered to put the wrong sand back all the way on the opposite side of the store. They definitely go above & beyond here. Great customer service & positive attitudes!!”
