Been using their u-haul service for a few months now. Really friendly, always have the size truck I need when I need it and willing to extend days when needed

The person who was helping customers did not know her job very well. She was rude,and told that equipment was unavailable when clearly it was parked next to the fencing 10-15 minutes prior to closing time.

The guy here (owner?) is extremely rude and nasty towards anyone with a physical disability. Kind of disgusting how he treats people with disabilities. Or maybe he's just rude and nasty to everyone? I don't know, I'm never going back here again.
