This post office is horrible. There is one woman that works there that is very rude and always overcharges for sending a package. Also the delivery drivers are lazy. They have broken several things of mine buy trying to cram them In My mail box. They have also delivered my packages to the wrong house on several occasions. The last time was an $800 item and I confronted the driver about it and she said she delivered it 2 houses down. She refused to go get it and bring it to me. What a joke.

Things are never delivered on time and customer service is minimal and rude, if you can evetgit ahold of them at all! I've had packages stuffed in my small mail box that didn't fit like they tried to, leaving my packages damaged. When they do leave them at our gate instead of putting them inside the gate they leave them right in front of the gate making it difficult to open. They've also have left boxes in the rain or snow without bagging them, leaving the boxes soaked! Definitely need more training and better customer service!

Horrible customer service they refuse to leave packages at my residence when I signed papers telling them to leave packages at my gate. This has never been a problem until recently again horrible customer service now I have to wait three days to get my package !!!! Editing my review , now they won’t put regular mail in huge lock box . I feel this post office has new staff and they are making it hard for customer to receive their packages . Now I have to wait 3 days to get my package that would of fit in my mail box . Very disappointing staff and customer service .

Big fan of this post office. During all times of year, the staff is helpful and pleasant. They go above and beyond if you have an issue with a package. All post offices should emulate this one.

I've had a PO Box here for 25+ years. The staff here are great. It's also wonderful knowing our mail is always secure.

I understand the corvid 19 virus, but when delivering and being talked to and stopping the vehicle 2 times then speeding out of my driveway is uncalled for.. I live on the round about .. it is not only dangerous for my younger families , it is also dangerous driving for the career and rood. There was a oath that they took and not upholding it.. this is a federal a fence to not deliver packages to the door of the owner of that package . this was a package deliver.

Sorry to see all of the negative reviews. Sounds like only people who have had issues post, so I am going to post my own. I have been using them for 2 years. Nice staff in the lobby. Even made an effort to open up the door on a Saturday to give me a package that I didn't get on Friday and really needed for the weekend. I do not have mail delivered to my house, just the PO, so I cannot comment on the drivers. I do like the staff inside though. My experience contradicts what I am reading. They seem to go out of their way to help you and always seem pleasant.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life.I’ll give you some context. We live on a long country road so we receive our mail in 4 big community boxes at the end of our road. Well a car hit those boxes and ours was destroyed so we had to walk in to pick up our mail from behind the counter. My husband and I were treated like their worst inconvenience every time by both of the blonde women who work there, one of which has had a huge dip in her mouth and spitting in a cup behind the counter on a couple of different occasions. Gross. Well after awhile we were forced to purchase a P.O. box and forward our mail in order to receive it because they wouldn’t hold it behind the counter for us while we wait on a new box anymore. Fast forward a month and only a few pieces of mail have made it in to the P.O. box we paid for and we are not receiving any of our amazon prime purchases. So this Thursday I go in to see if there were any packages, since I had received notification that they had arrived there, and to also see where all my mail was. She brings me a stack of mail from the back of their mailroom and tells me there is no package. I ask her to look in to the package because the tracking information I had said that it was there. She responds with “That means nothing to me, it’s not here”. Then I ask her why all the mail she just brought to me wasn’t being put in the box I paid for. She responds by pushing it all off the counter and telling me to “Get out!”, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she proceeded to call the police, reporting that I was being profane and disorderly. I left the post office and had my husband come down to cancel the P.O. box, at that point he tried to resolve things with them and they told him that they didn’t want to hear it. We waited for the officer they called and no one showed up so we left. I later received a call from an officer who told me I had been trespassed from the property. This is how they treat confused, frustrated customers. Use a different Post Office. Every single worker at this Post Office needs to be fired.

I wish I could say that the reason this post office is rated poorly is because of people being too demanding. But honestly, it isn’t. They stuff packages into the mailbox that won’t come out unless we force them out and rip them in the process. It’s just sheer laziness for them not to deliver the package. In addition, on multiple occasions, my family members and I have gone into the post office asking about a package that we should have received but did not. Every time, they acted annoyed and like we were the ones who were mistaken. Someone had placed the package in the wrong spot and written the wrong number on our package. It’s one thing to make mistakes, but to be rude and in denial of them repeatedly as if you never make them is ridiculous, especially when they are constantly made.

Great job in the office (5 star) But,Delivery (2stars) gets the wrong mail to me about weekly and has damaged my driveway and landscaping twice and are unresponsive regarding any culpability.

The only good thing is that there is one person who helps get me my packages i am LIVID with the amount of lacking intelligence especially when the carrier has specific instructions i hope UPS stations in Selah because the service of majority of the carriers is inexcusably irate and frankly ridiculous i was not suprised to see bad reviews majority of these carriers do not know hot to do there job i'd love to .fire some of you FH myself
