My wife and I went in and worked with Naomi at the Selah branch. She was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her. Our experience with US Bank has been good. We have been with them before and are happy to be back.

The Selah branch hours are very inconvenient. They never open more than one drive through lane and have walk to the main counter to complete basic transactions, making wait times very long. Why?Seems like they are preparing to close this branch.
