They have the best customer service, price, and quality work that I have found in the area. They are also the closest auto repair shop to school, and will even offer a shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend these guys to students who may need any mechanical repairs.”

“Traveling through over midweek. Getting gas and discovered major coolant leak. Fortunately caught before it affected engine but dare to go anywhere. Selected Y. A. based on the business descriptions by self and others on internet. Next morning I was there when they opened. It’s a small business and I braced for the worst. Yep, they were busy, but said if they couldn’t help, they’ll help find someone who can(!). In pm they hoisted it, found the water pump failed and replaced it. Road tested and done by 5. Done right and fairly charged. I also appreciate any customers who might have had their work schedule adjusted to accommodate us. “Great service from Friendly Automotive West. We brought in our 2008 Toyota Camry for repair. Come to find out it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, which we kind of figured. They fixed it in no time. The car runs much more quieter now then before. Also great customer service from the office staff as well.”
“I called up and they got me right in to balance my snow wheels after I installed new TPMS sensors. Cost for a 6 minute wheel balancing job was 20.00 a tire, grand total was 87.00 with tax. Can't say the price wasn't shocking for being there less than 10 minutes and these were extra tires not even mounted on my car, but inflation is really out of control in 2023. Guys were really nice and did a great job.”
