Scheduling wasn’t the problem with this place. The problem was the flat out lies and theft. This guy is/was a complete con artist. Was suppose to replace all injectors and sleeves in a 7.3 Ford. He charged the the full amount for the work and it wasn’t running right when I came to pick it up and the owner wouldn’t make it right and said it was running fine. Ended up taking it to another mechanic and found out that Stricken had only replaced 2 injectors and kept the rest that I had bought and that was it.

Absolute crook! My dad waited almost a year to have the transmission replaced on his 97 dodge with a brand new upgraded transmission. . After multiple calls with no answer or returned calls and even a couple trips to his shop with nobody there he finally got ahold of Jeff and had to threaten him with legal action. Jeff finished the job but the transmission was leaking fluid after 1 day. Jeff also installed the wrong torque converter bolts. The transmission started slipping and completely went out in less than 6 months. Jeff was supposed to warranty it and fix it right but again was not able to contact him. My dad eventually had to take his truck to another local transmission shop and took Jeff to court for the full cost of the transmission. Court ruled in my dads favor with a judgement against Jeff for the full amount of the transmission cost and labor. Now I just hope he actually pays. Garnishments are already in motion.

fixed my truck a few years ago. but now wont return calls even when you leave a detailed msg. bummer cause he knows his stuff.

Jeff did some performance on my Dodge, he is a very knowledgeable guy and definitely the guy I want working on truck. It took him a little while to get back but he is a busy guy, as a business owner I understand. I definitely recommend him if your diesel needs anything.

I can't really rate him. I tried to get ahold of him 5 times in the last week of January. Too bad though, I have a 6.0 that needed some work+ bullet proofing. I had the money for the work. Tough Truck got the job, which is ok, I like him and he's not too far from my house.

Thank you Jeff for the delete and tune. Jeff did a fantastic job with my 2017 6.7 Cummins. Jeff did everything thing he said he was going to do. Once again for showing me what my engine can do!! I'll be back for oil and filter changes.

Jeff fixed my 2017 dodge mega cab all up, I have went from 8-12 miles per gallon up to 18-24. Call him the gas saving alone will be Worth it.

Liked the page one a recommendation, pmd Jeff Friday and by Friday afternoon we had talked on the phone about an issue I'm having. Jeff said bring it by Monday and that he'd hook up the computer and see what we could find, well we found 2 potential bad injectors and possible fuel pressure issue. These will be delt with at a shop due to warranty but after that's fixed I will be returning to Jeff for either a lift pump or dual cat filters and some tunes. Helluva nice guy and super knowledgeable
