Selah Friendly Automotive customer service above and beyond. They showed up to a residence to access a not starting issue, drove the vehicle to the shop, and had it fixed by the end of day. Communication awesome and service 10 star. The shop professional, personable, friendly. They diagnosed and fixed electrical problem in pickup, and they dealt with U‑Haul and vehicle maintenance with excellent service. A coolant line broke during a busy day, but they fit the customer in and got the car going again at a reasonable price. The shop trustworthy and will keep all future vehicle here.

Customer service was above and beyond which is rare in these days. Not only did they show up to my residence to access the not starting issue, they were able to drive it to the shop. Then had it fixed by end of day. Communication was awesome and service a 10 star!

Great service, professional, and personable. They diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem in my pickup. I'm giving/sending them as much business as I can. These guys are great!

I have dealt with this place a couple times; once for my U-Haul and the second was for vehicle maintenance. Excellent service each time. Very professional and friendly. I am a happy customer!!
