Went to Selah family medicine for a blood draw. Jasmine, the phlebotomist, was awesome. I have difficult blood draws but Jasmine was professional, calming, and perfect. Ask for Jasmine if you are getting a blood draw at Selah family medical.

If the doctor is running late, I am told to wait. If I am running late, my appointment gets canceled.Great bedside manners!!!

I think I dodged a bullet...I signed up July 17th online then got a notice to fill out a medical releases form a week later. The date today is August 3rd, I haven't heard from them since so I decided to call... I was informed I filled out my medical permission form wrong. Who does that? It just requires a signature. People need to fill prescriptions and other medical needs. Why not set an appointment, get all the information they need then like every clinic in ever been to. I don't think this is the clinic for me. I can imagine a nightmare of problems. No thanks

You are better off going elsewhere than this place. The front desk is extremely rude no matter the circumstance if it’s you explaining your symptoms, asking a question, etc. DO NOT GO HERE

We just started going to the clinic. We had an appointment at 3 pm. My son was on time, he is almost 18 but I was 7 minutes late due to a road construction, which was out my control. Front desk lady did not even try to understand the circumstances, said we were late and now we have to reschedule. Waiting room was empty and no other patients. It seems like personal touch toward patients is not common in this practice. Quite often we have to wait for doctors when they run behind. Very disappointing experience and I don’t usually complain. Although doctor we saw before amazing.

What can I say about Dr bethel and his team. Very good, professional, compassionate and a joy to work with. He goes out of his way to help you through anything you need help on. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks so much and keep up the great work.

Receptionists flat out told me I was wrong about them taking my insurance. I tried to argue I was right but they treated me like I was stupid and it was my fault. Later Memorial had to call them and explain to them they were wrong. This was the second time I was given bad information by the exact same receptionist so I just said screw it and they were being stupid and decided to go somewhere else. I was a little rude as I was upset. Rather than just letting it be I get a call explaining that while I was right getting annoyed was enough to not be allowed to be a patient. I was already not planning on being one anyway and had moved on and didn't need someone calling me to rub it in my face. One full month trying to get an appointment and twice because they don't know what they are talking about end up not being turned away. Absolute lack of empathy and validation! Congrats SFM.

Had such a bad pattern of experiences here. Unresponsive, disorganized, and inconsistent office staff left me confused and left hanging on multiple occasions even with lab results, and Dr. Stocker failed to look at labs I had transferred over 5 months prior for a serious issue I was having, slapped the simplest route of care to my concerns, leaving me feeling unheard and issues unresolved with no path forward. There was an overall tone of coolness in this whole office apart from a kind and funny nurse, and tons of things slipped through the cracks that never should in a doctors office. I really hope they make some changes in organization and staffing but I will never return here and will continue to share with others so they don't have to waste their time and hope at this clinic.

Trying to get my husband in there, for new Patients it takes between 3-4 months which they don't warn you about and the Receptionist seemed snotty to the fact and kept interrupting me looks like they wont be getting my husband as a patient and im going where my husband goes

We just moved to the area and were looking for a new family doctor. The woman who answered the phones was so rude we didn't waste our time looking into their doctors. If that is how the treat you from the front desk, I don't want to know how they treat you once they have your insurance information!

After almost 8 years of poor health care I finally jumped ship and left this clinic. When your PCP doesn't sit with you to discuss your care, asks you if you want to test a lump or just wait and rushes you through every single appointment, you realize it's time to leave. Still don't have a doctor but didn't really have one to begin with.
