Had them do some good work for us in the past, but this last fiasco did us in. Had our vehicle for over a month with all kinds of excuses, and when we finally picked it up, the brakes were still not working. Had to hire a second company that had to adjust the brakes, we just had installed, so they would work. What really bothers me is that the owner told us he had test driven it and all was good. So totally wrong

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! After over 4 weeks of having my car, the owner finally said that my brakes were fixed and that my car was ready to SAFELY drive. He even said that he test drove it himself. However, I received my car with HORRIBLE working brakes. The owner straight up lied. I am so infuriated and disappointed. Please do not go here if you care about your safety and the customer service you receive!!!

I've been going here for many years because they're accurate, prompt, and fair. The only place I've ever gone to who does their best to quote you an accurate price and charge you less if they've over quoted. Who Does That??? Pelzel's Does That's Who!! I have 3 vehicles that they take care of for me. I highly recommend them.

Do not ever go to this place! They were extremely dishonest and tried to scam me out of $1,300! I went to this repair shop because a mechanic had informed me during my recent oil change that my coolant was leaking, and all of a sudden my air conditioning was blowing hot air. When they looked at my car, they told me that I needed a new compressor and thermostat gasket, and the total repair cost would be $1,000 to $1,300. They also charged me $135 just to diagnose the issue. When I left, my vents would not blow any air at all when it at least blew hot air before I brought it in. I ended up taking it to another repair shop in town and they said my fuse blew, so they replaced the fuse and now I suddenly have A/C and heat. Nothing was wrong with the compressor or thermostat gasket, this place lied so that they could scam me out of my money. I will not be going back!

Really nice. Was willing to help me with my RV propane system when he usually only works on the auto part of the RV.

I got stranded along white pass with a dead battery and broken alternator, got towed here and they had my van all fixed up and on the road within a couple hours! Super friendly, helpful, honest, and not crazy expensive. If I didn't live 3 hours away, I would definetly being my cars here when I need a mechanic.

Honestly.. the best experience I have ever had at a mechanics! I was on a road trip through Washington in my RV when I started having engine problems and broke down. I called Pelzels and left a voice message explaining my situation and they got back to me that day and said if I can make it bring it in today or tomorrow! I can never find a mechanic that's willing to look at it that fast. They understood my situation and got me in. They did amazing work on the RV and she's running like a dream and the customer service was unbeatable! Such a good group of people and I believe his name was Clint was wonderful to talk to and really walked us through everything. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend!
