Thank you O'Reilly for me being without a vehicle for 2 months you guys sold me the wrong spark plugs and coil packs for my truck. I had to save up money to get my truck into a shop.. Problem was you guys sold me.the wrong spark plugs and coil packs for my truck. Should hire ppl that know what they are doing.. It cost me $1100 for the shop to do a diagnosis, and compression check and put in the right spark plugs and coil packs. Which should of been correct the first time I bought some from O'Reilly. Never again will I shop O'Reilly. Thankfully I got my money back from yall that is why u got a one star rating

I came in to get help with my headlights as one was out, and was helped by Ricardo Macias who not only got the product from the shelf for me but let me know they had different price ranges that best fit with my needs, he also installed the headlights for me. This is the best auto part store in town and I always get the best customer service. Bonus points for Ricardo smelling good and looking great/professional he had a tie on!

Terrible, embarrassing customer service and down right L-A-Z-Y workers!! First off, 3 most ago I had a wonderful experience though from a Brad but at the 40th store. I purchased a headlight bulb and asked if he'd install even with 15 minutes to spare he said absolutely but then noticed that my bulb had only been loose! To which he told me, didn't rip me off but instead I was able to return during business hours and get refunded. How cool!!! Well ...Selah Wenas store needs to take some Basic CS lessons bcs tonight for whatever reason my light was again out. I wanted to go to 40th but being a selah resident and only 30 mins until closing I went to my hometown Oreily store. First thing I did was tell the 3 guys my cool story to which they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language with no response. Okay, a little weird...But okay and once paid I again asked, could you help me install? As my research shows it takes only a few minutes and there were 25 min left until closing much more than my 40th experience plus 3 workers were on the floor. Instead I got a fat NO! Meanwhile, the two other employees wearing O'Reilly work attire literally sat on stools alongside the guy helping me (Chris)and stared ahead and said nothing, nor offered their assistance! I even desperately pleaded because SPD loves to pullover and I can't afford a ticket but still he said no with 3 excuses: 1)dark outside,2) closing soon and 3) and I quote...."well, really I have these sweep and mop chores to do that I haven't done yet"! Ha makes sense but wow still doesnt help me. So now I'm completely annoyed and leave to which out front in the dark using my cell phone light and Google search engine I watched a YouTube video then popped my hood and within just 3 minutes I showed 3 lazy millennial boys how it could indeed be done! Just appalling too because when I left they were all still sitting in their stools watching the clock to leave! Never again, I'll stick to 40th or even Autozone they're always great too!

I went in here today like normal and they were flaming a new hire so loud that I could hear it from the back of the store. Talking about how he works OK but his personality is different or something... buying each other macchiatos and suckin each others jagons while I'm standing at the counter. Shame on you.

Service is no good. Go to Yakima if you wanted to be treated right. They made returning a pair of gloves a bigger deal than it needed to.

A worker was very helpful, compared to the ones on 1st in yakima. My vehicle needed a retainer fastener, which I knew nothing about. He helped me find the correct one. Thanks. Will be going there again.
