I've lived in Selah almost 20 years now and have always used Howards pharmacy. I appreciate the personalized service we always get. The owner Dave is amazing & knows customers by name & eager to answer any questions. Howards has always had prescriptions ready within half hour of dropping off, even at peak times. Hometown customer service not available in big chain retail.

I called Howard's Drug 10 minutes to close with a prescription I had never filled at Howard's. Courtney answered the phone, and I explained the situation and issued with my current pharmacy. My 5-month-old needed this prescription, and Courtney took the time after closing to ensure my son received his medication. I have never been so impressed by a pharmacy; their staff was very friendly, and you could tell they all love what they did.

Staff is nice. Had a prescription sent in on a Monday, my wife went to pick up on Tuesday, and it wasn't ready. I came in on that Thursday and it still wasn't ready. I was asked to wait a few minutes for it, came back 4 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I will be changing pharmacies after this, Id rather drive a little further then deal with this again.

The older man white hair and glasses been there since I was a kid always wave or say hi., just want to say you're so helpful and super knowledgeable. I'm glad this place has you. Thank you for always helping me glad to see the love you have for sick and hurting

Had to be here twice today to pick up prescriptions for someone else. Both times employees were very kind, helpful and efficient. Pharmacy was really busy both visits but they had 3 registers staffed and a 4th person at a station as well. Happy to have the option for a pharmacy in Selah and great to see they are busy so they stay here!

I also have switched from Fred Meyers pharmacy to Howard’s & it’s been a pleasant experience. They are very kind and caring and you can tell they take good care of their customers. They are fast and efficient. They take time to make sure all of your questions get answered. No complaints. I wish they had an app or a way to refill prescriptions without calling. Maybe one day they will but if not I will still be sticking with them!

I switched my pharmacy from Fred Meyer to Howard's in Selah and my experience has been a complete night and day difference! The people working at Howard's are very kind and treat you like family. Dave specifically, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is accurate, fair and even stayed after hours to allow me to get my prescription. I have nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. I highly recommend!!!

They know I'm allergic to lots of things. They know my insurance. They always have medical supplies I need(bunch of boys at home) the voice-mail is pointless if in a hurry but it says that. I like to just go in. It's old school but high tech. Really love it.

After bi mart closed , I was lost trying to choose a new pharmacy. I'm glad I was referred to Howard's. my first prescription done, billed ready to pick up within 20 min of my Dr. Calling it in, and they brought out to my car (I had covid at the time). 100% recomend
