“I love this shop! It's my go-to for gifts for others - and for me! Amazing selection of candles, home decor, toiletries, food gifts, jewelry, unique items, clothing, and just recently I discovered the shoes! Bought a pair of Blowfish saddles and am so impressed that the store carries this largely vegan brand. The owner/manager etc. are always very friendly, and the place always looks inviting and very well-curated. My one rub is the religious theme :/ They just about make up for that by having very reasonable prices and by wrapping the gifts sublimely ?”

“I had a very expensive autographed photo that I needed to have framed. Considered going to local frame shop, but decided to go to HL here in Yakima. I was introduced to Justin, one of the employees working in that department. I was not going to just turn the photo over until discussing with him first. The level of knowledge he possessed was readily apparent and honestly what I would have only expected at a custom frame shop. The photo was off sized and he had to be creative in successfully mounting to the best frame size available. He discussed a number of ideas and options with me and explained the advantages or disadvantages of each. I had no reservations with letting him frame the photo and the end result was outstanding. As importantly to me and more so to HL, he was one of the most professional and respectful employees I have ever interacted with. Although in this case the cost was obviously secondary to the end result of framing, I was shocked at how low the cost was compared to what I was expecting to pay. I was assuming the cost would be between $100-$200, but the cost was actually well below $100. Overall I could not have had a better retail experience. I am not being compensated in any way for this review. Thank you again Justin and HL.”

“Farmgirl Pickings is THE place to find something for everyone and yourself! Each time I arrive I find the cutest treasure, the funniest kitchen towels (iykyk) and their customer service is top notch! They know their customers by name and will order whatever I ask for. I told my sister they made me a lifelong customer when I discovered they actually carried my size in clothes!!! There is never any pressure to do anything but browse, however you won't be able to walk away empty handed....so many cute finds!”

“Fabulous selection ?? and very helpful, friendly service. They also let us "put items on hold" for 1 hour. We came back ASAP for an over $200 sale (my friend forgot her wallet). And they don't do holds! They really helped us out. Well, be back there and soon. Terrific shopping atmosphere. And smart staff. Its a clean, well lit place to see name brand (at a huge discount) clothes and lota of other accessories to go with. ??”

The bear is ridiculously cute and it really didn't take that long to make/ship but be sure to order way before you need it! Cascade was very responsive and courteous when I emailed and the work is stunning. Shipping to Colorado was very reasonable.”
