The application process was beyond smooth and I really appreciate how helpful both Karolyn and Michael have been throughout this process and my showing! I really like how Graf Investments has it set up where I can easily text them at this point, and I am optimistic about the online portal being easy to navigate as well!

Alex Morford from Graff is a lifesaver! We were having problems with our digital door lock not working and locking us out. I got in contact with Alex who immediately put in an emergency Maintence request and got someone to come down and get us taken care of right away!

Throughout the whole application process Karolyn was very helpful! Not only that, they did an amazing job with communicating I’ve never had an experience like that applying elsewhere and it’s hard to come across kind people like this! If you’re nervous about applying because you don’t know much, don’t be they went above and beyond answered all my questions and any concerns I had. And their response time was really good and quick.

Horrible rental company, their representatives do not know what they are talking about and essentially lied to us during a walk through. I feel like it was a bait and switch situation, they told us what they wanted to hear and when the lease came around it contradicted everything they said. Since I looked at the unit while it was still being occupied, I had to put down a holding deposit, if I wanted it. I would have forfeited if I had decided to go elsewhere after we saw the lease. At that point, I loved the unit and the amenities which is why I decided to pay the holding deposit.

Amazing Experience! They work very fast and tell you any information you need. They never miss a call. Client Service 10/10. Filling paperwork is very easy. Would recommend them as the best Realty in Yakima.

I just moved into my new apartment and couldn’t be more satisfied with the home and service I received through out the process. The staff at Graf Investments were extremely knowledgeable about all the details to make this move happen. In particular, Olivia made it very easy for me from the start. Any and all questions I had were answered immediately as well as with kindness. This team works great together and made sure I was well taken care of. Can’t beat that kind of customer service. Highly recommend giving Graf investments a call for your home!

I cannot believe these people are allowed to conduct business or even retain their BBB accreditation. According to the Better business bureau they have nothing but negative reviews and complaints. Google may show a 4.5 average review but it's misleading and deceptive, search engine optimization is super easy for any basic website. Quotes from the BBB are "crooked company" and "thieves" if you want an honest assessment of how they truly conduct themselves ask about their refund policy. Ask to view the rental unit without having to pay $50 just to see it in person, what if the property is horrible and doesn't meet my needs and I decide I don't want to do business with your company. Do you refund my money since you're wasting my time to view something that wasn't as advertised?

Poor customer service, the receptionist is always rude when giving out information. The safety at the properties they manage is severely lacking. There are constantly homeless people and drug addicts hanging around and near the property and they are well aware of it but do absolutely nothing. In addition, they take from 6-8 weeks to generally repair anything. The turnover with their maintenance staff is high and they are constantly "short staffed but we are aware and its on the list."They will not disclose honestly the condition of the units they rent so be very detailed when filling out the condition report. I know in my case, they are already showing my unit despite not having done any of the repairs I requested or even giving a date when maintenance will contact me to come do the repairs. There is an issue with the water and while showing the place to a prospective tenant with children, the property manager failed to let the future occupant know that there were various repairs that needed to still be done and about the drug activity occurring in the apartment next door or any of the two level 3 sex offenders and two level 2 sex offenders that live within a 1 mile radius of the property they manage.I have serious doubts about the morality of the people who conduct business at this organization. Be very careful when dealing with this business, check you local laws and consult an attorney before signing any legal contract with them!

Graf Investments (Cascade Village) is possibly the most despicable and scammy company I have ever had the displeasure doing business with. Be aware when you sign your lease that in fine print, you sign away your security deposit (on top of paying the early termination fees), if you have to leave early. The security deposit does not go towards rent while they find new tennants, or damages to the apartment. So where does it go? Graf investments simply profits off it! They essentially are legally stealing your money! Will they remind you about this before you leave? Nope!I was a tennant for 3 years. I never had a noise complaint, didn't cause issues, or create damage. I had to move out 2 months early for work. Due to the above policy (that I signed when I was 19 going to my first apartment), I ended up OWING hundreds of dollars on final move out. My security deposit was their profit, along with more of my money going towards the things like rerenting, damages, etc. This is absolutely horrible, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I live pay check to pay check, and was short on rent this month (at my new place) because of what Graf Investments did. I called to talk with them about it too. They were dismissive, citing "we have procedures in place". Well, their procedures allow them to steal from people who have to move out early; people leaving abusive relationships; people who need work; first time renters who didnt know better; good people. All just to make a profit.Oh yeah, if youre in Cascade Village specifically, you will probably have a black mold problem and/or bug problems too. (This was from multiple other tennant reports.)They will probably reply to this to try and look better. I gave them a chance to make it right. They didn't take it. So anything now is strictly performative.I cannot say this loud enough: stay away from Graf Investments and Cascade Village. They are a despicable company that the earth deserves to be ridded of.Edit from their reply:No, it was not refunded upon move in. It was partially refunded from what was in July and August, but that rent due during the transition was not. So do not bend the truth to make yourself look better. Security deposits are supposed to go towards damages and rent during that transitional time between residents. Instead you legally stole that money from us (two individuals who are well below the poverty line), and profitted off our move. I honestly dont know how you all sleep at night.
