Drove here from Seattle to purchase a car after mine was totaled and I had a great experience. I've had the car for a few weeks now with no issues. Definitely recommend this place!

Family friend purchased a vehicle from Brian Harris. Truck ran no longer than 4 months dec-March, dealership had it in their care 2 times for "repairs" within those 4 months. Truck gave out completely with no warning on freeway. Dealership no longer wants to help even though they put hands on it. Replying rudely, very unsatisfied and being unprofessional due to the fact that, people could have been seriously injured from truck turning off going 70+ on freeway.

This place scammed me into a truck. Almost all mounts were broken underneath and I am personally 6 thousand dollars into fixing it in only a year. Very disappointed I feel used. Definitely not the kinds of service you want in your local area. They Sam you on vehicles don't buy from here. They also won't help me fat out of my truck into something cheaper and not needing repair.... Fairly sad. Hope they can answer my questions

I recently bought a car and I told them up front that it was my first time financing a vehicle. Instead of focusing on customer service they only saw $$$$. The next day I started having issues with a flat tire. It ended up as a dented rim. I spoke to thier service department that told me that wouldn't be covered. I spent almost $1000 on cheap rims, replacing the tire that was damaged by the rim, and new sensors. When I went to the dealership to refund my service policy (that wasn't explained as optional) I was met with pouty unprofessional employees. I also wanted to cancel my maintenance contract and gap insurance but they money guy couldn't handle the workload. I walked away. If you need HELP buying a car dont go to these people. They are predators.

this place is a great place, I've bought my awesome malibu there 2 years ago .came in today and had a terrible experience. a blonde old lady was super pushy, and started arguing with me because she said I cant find a nice car for 6k. also kept bring up how we are gonna pay for it and etc. let me remind I'm here less then 5 min and havnt even seen a car I liked. dont recommend the blonde sells woman. terrible sells experience.

Very good experience working with Derek Walton from the start. He was so friendly and made the whole experience worth it! He made sure to give me the best deal possible and was very patient! Loving my Jeep Wrangler!! Would give my experience a 10/10!!!

I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Brian Harris in July 2020. It's a lemon. Engine needs $6k worth of work. My mechanic can't believe they put it back on the road as is.
