“Super awesome, super sweet, super caring low cost vet. First time going there and they handled my three cats with amazing care. And I told them our story and they gave me options to work with my budget ❤️❤️ (of course though I still went with the best option for my baby's) but I thought that was incredibly understanding of them to give me other options and I really appreciate that they did that. Also I didn't have all the money on me, my BF had to run back home to get the rest and while he did that they continued on with treating my cats, so I thought that was really cool as well.Absolutely love this vet! Sad I'm moving now that I found a really good one.”
“I am so grateful to have found this vet! Dr. McKee has been helping me with my cat's stomach issues for a while now, and has been so thorough as we tried to find the root cause. I also appreciate that he has been sensitive to my budget and hasn't tried to talk me into unnecessary procedures or tests. It's so clear that he has the pet's best interests at heart and I just am so glad we figured out Belle's issues and she's back to her old self again! “We recently had what we thought was going to be a major problem with our dog. The clinic got us in next day and did test and it was just a infection. Cost was reasonable, as we didn't get stuck with things we didn't need. Been there many times and will keep going back. Great staff.”
“The staff is incredible. My older dog has trauma and is very afraid of strangers. Banfield staff has been more than accommodating to us by having us in the room with our pup during exams. I'll stand over my pup and hug him while the nurse gives him treats so the doctor can do their work. I am so grateful to have such a compassionate team providing my best friend with the support he needs. Both of my older dogs are on the special care plan, and it has saved us thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a new vet, please visit them. Attached below is a pic of my handsome boy at his last visit. He needed to be sedated for his x-ray, and the doctor let me sit in an exam room with him while he slowly passed out. He is anxious, and having me there to comfort him made both of us more comfortable. Thank you, Banfield!”
“Haven't left a review in a while so bear with me. Back story; My wife and I care about our dog a lot and always want the best for him. He is part of our family and I don't take kindly to and will stand between him and any hostile environment. I have made my best effort to make sure that he knows I am the alpha male, but to no avail he'll tell you different. He's a thinker and watches for threats and will take immediate action. Ok, enough of the humor. Let's get serious. My wife and I have been to Burlington and back in search of a great, not good or sufficient veterinarian but great. One with genuine compassion and thoughtful kindness for our pet. His name is Skittles, he's a small terrier weenie mix. With the biggest attitude that he can muster for his 15 pounds. Dr. Herenbeen calms that attitude when she enters the room. She's very good at what she does, speaks in layman's terms for non medical professionals like me so that we may understand exactly what needs to be or has been done. The veterinarian assistants are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall we have no complaints and highly recommend this clinic above all others. They go above and beyond the call of necessity making you feel down home and comfortable.”

The doctors and staff are exceedingly professional and helpful.I've gone there for everything from bringing in a new furry addition to the family--to end of life decisions. I find the staff knowledgeable, caring and empathetic when making hard decisions about the care of your pet. They answer questions straight forward (which I appreciate) and, if available, give alternative care options with pros/cons of each. They also give you the estimated cost of all treatments so you can shop around and make an informed decision or work your budget to accommodate it. They don't pressure you, and understand money is tight for everyone right now.I would recommend Skagit Animal Clinic to anyone who asks!”

“Great low cost option for healthy checkups and vaccinations, especially with such a massive shortage of regular clinic appointments. Get there before the van arrival time or you'll be waiting a while as it's first come, first served. They do shut off the line early if they get a lot of pets as they need to allow time to get to their next stop.”

“Saved our male cat with a full urinary blockage, called ahead as soon as we noticed he was not able to relieve himself, they took him back immediately and the process began.He ended up having to stay two nights, every single person on the staff was quick to call us and answered immediately when we would call, they explained every step of the way and were immediately forthcoming with every increase in price as we got further into the diagnosing process.This is an emergency room, there is going to be unpredictable wait times and it is more expensive than a normal vet as it should be!We cannot express how grateful we are to the Doctors/DVM's that loved on our boy and that this building/service is open and available.Thank you a thousand times for all of the loving care and knowledge that was used and shared with us to fix our Mr. Meat!”
“I called their store wondering about flea medicine. The woman on the phone gave me great information that two other veterinarians didn't provide for me. It was unfortunate that they didn't have any top tier Flea medicine to buy over the counter. She was very helpful and descriptive about what I should do and what their company rates are. Good pricing and good customer service!”
