I always go in around closing time. And the staff always goes above and beyond for me. There is usually a man and women there at closing. They always take the time to listen to my story of what I'm working on atm to better understand the dilemma, if they don't have what I'm looking for, they will cross-reference part numbers and/or even look for a substitution that will work even if its after closing. (Unlike the horrible experience i had with Autozone a few years back.) They never cut me short of time or shoo me out the door. Always in a good mood. Yes they may be more expensive but the level of customer service is always a 10.

Not much to say about what business they are in, it's NAPA. Staff is friendly and helpful. They don't have a lot of storage space for stock, that should change when they move into their new building, but they can have most stuff the next day.

Vacationing from out of town and stopped in to use an OBD reader as a check engine light came on. Was told I could not use one, but of course I could buy one. I have been working on cars and trucks for over 20 years and never once at any auto store anywhere been refused the use of an OBD . One would certainly not expect this in a small town, unless of course the reason is the people and businesses here are so broke they have to create an industry around anything conceivable. This location is a disgrace to the automotive service industry and the good travelers that pass through this town.

Called looking for a hub assembly for a Ford ranger and the first red flag that told me the guy I was talking to didn't know enough to be sailing parts is he asked if it was front or back and of course it's the front obviously then he tells me he had to ask not sure why but anyway then tells me that it is going to be roughly $500 and I'm like why so much and he hung up on me very unprofessional next time I will be standing outside the store when this guy decides to be a telephone tough guy worthless people that should never work costumer service

I was traveling through Long Beach on a Sunday afternoon when my car conked out. After a few jump starts, we made it to NAPA suspecting a bad alternator, and fearing the worst...all of the garages were closed. A wonderful women with short gray hair (I wish I knew her name) helped us diagnose and fix the problem. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and determined. NAPA should give her a huge raise, because I will now forever be a fan of NAPA.

I've ordered many parts here only to get the wrong part numerous times, like 3 out of 10 times we're right. That means 7 were wrong & I had to take them back or eat it so to speak. (They are great when & if needing to return or exchange parts)

Went there yesterday when I was in Astoria and bought me some Lucas to put my gas tank to get better gas mileage they're a little expensive
