“I always go in around closing time. And the staff always goes above and beyond for me. There is usually a man and women there at closing. They always take the time to listen to my story of what I'm working on atm to better understand the dilemma, if they don't have what I'm looking for, they will cross-reference part numbers and/or even look for a substitution that will work even if its after closing. (Unlike the horrible experience i had with Autozone a few years back.) They never cut me short of time or shoo me out the door. Always in a good mood. Yes they may be more expensive but the level of customer service is always a 10.”

“Awesome service! While on a recent trip to Cannon Beach my check engine light came on. I remembered passing a NAPA store in Seaside so we swung back around and pulled in. The guy from the back counter grabbed his OBD2 scanner and pulled the code. As I suspected it was an O2 sensor. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn't take it. Feeling guilty for not purchasing anything I went back in to buy some wiper blades. The same guy finds the correct blades in seconds. As I'm walking to the counter to pay for them he grabs them out of my hand, takes them out of the package and proceeds to walk back outside and install them for me! By the time I'm done at the register he just smiles and tells me I'm good to go! Holy cow, I'm not used to this kind of service! Thank you sir, you made my day!”
