Worst car rental experience and any service experience of my life. They charge exorbitant late fee (thrice the amount of hourly rate). Funny enough they just give like 10$ credits to the next customer who actually faced the inconvenience. What a con company. Shitty shitty shitty.

Zipcar is very unreliable. This is the second time I am missing my appointment because I couldn't find or access the zipcar.
