Zip car let me know my car reservation was canceled 2 and 1/2 hours before I was to pick up. And that was it too bad. If I would have canceled 2 and 1/2 before my reservation they would have charged me. Customer service sucks and prices have gone up continuously.

Zip car charged me erroneously and then refused to return the money. I would think twice about using them.

NEVER use zip car. Every single time I've used it, there's been a catastrophic issue. Plan an extra 3-5 hours to your trip (to find and start the car). The car wouldn't start at a trailhead in the mountains AND we missed a ferry because of that issue. Ive never seen a more unreliable company.
