A consignment shop that wants to provide a boutique experience. I love that notion, but then live to those standards.
My experience at Zelda Zonk today would have put the Goodwill to shame.
I brought my item to the cash register, the person who was behind the counter was rude, unwelcoming, and honestly soured my entire shopping experience. The item was unceremoniously rolled into a bundle with the receipt slapped on top. The bundle was then shoved towards me. No bag, no thank you. I did then ask for a bag, which was grudgingly provided.
It's a shame as I've shopped there a number of times. Do better, please.

As a frequent price checker/nose wrinkl-er it is frankly a breathe of fresh air to shop at a boutique WHICH SELLS PIECE AT A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR OR RETAIL PRICE. Their selection is also marvelous and I truly feel that anyone could find smth they love.

Really cute store with a lot of inventory! There's so much fun stuff to look through which is in great condition, many different styles, and a lot of different price points. The store keeper is really kind as well. There's something for everyone here. Will definitely keep this place in my rotation.

Beautiful consignment boutique. I wanted all of the dresses! so pretty. The store has a great display, it is clean and well organized. Prices are reasonable and the owner is very nice and has an undoubtedly great taste. There is a rewards system.I'll be going back for treasure hunting ?

Put me on a list so far out that my clothes would not sale because the season would have changed by then. I had to ask because it seemed odd to have a schedule that far knowing most consignment shops would not accept “Spring Clothing “ and only “Summer was in” Unfortunately had to cancel this appointment and donate straight to West Seattles Clothing Bank, which is a wonderful organization! So I didn’t mind that at all. My guess is the positive reviews on here come from regulars that go to this shop.

This place came up when I did some pre-trip research for local consignment and resale shops in Seattle. After checking out some shops in downtown Seattle, I decided to head over to this area to visit this location. It's a cute little shop that sells men's and women's clothing. They have a variety of styles, brands, and price points, with clear signs that indicate where you can find everything in the shop. Sometimes they have racks that are discounted out front before you enter the shop. All of the clothing is consigned and I overheard some clients who made a purchase mention something about redeeming points from past purchases on their current purchase. There was only one gal working the shop that day, but she was attentive and friendly to everyone. Parking options are mainly on the street. You might be able to find a lot, but when I went, I mainly looked for a spot on the street.

All the amazing reviews and I was excited to go. ?I will give an Honest Review seeming how all the reviews on here must be from friend/family trying to support the owners store. This store has designer pieces and also so alot of target to old navy clothing. The prices are redidiculous, 74.99 for Mother jeans which yes Mother is a great denim brand but a Used older style in Decent condition is ridiculous... 49.99 for Madewell Jeans, I can get Madewell brand new for 49 in a newer much trendier style...Lululemon for 59 for leggings just ridiculous and not gonna to even say how bad the dresses were priced... but just one example who pays 100 for a Lily Piltzner USED dress?!I get this is a consignment store and they need to make money too but I seriously wouldn't pay up that much for one single item there!

I loves me some Zelda Zonk. Consigning here is a really easy, stress-free experience. My previous experience with consignment stores was being judged hard by Buffalo Exchange hipsters-- Zelda Zonk is the opposite of that. I also really enjoy the range of options here as a shopper, from casual to dressy. I've gotten a lot of nice office dresses at ZZ. Surprisingly good shoes and purses also. It's a cute, clean, good-smelling place that's wallet- and earth-friendly. What more could you want?

I've lived in West Seattle for two years and somehow did not know of this store until today. Amazing selection of dresses, shoes, coats, jeans, accessories. They had a wide variety of brands, but some of my favorites were Theory, Free People, and J Crew. Go support this local business and grab some designer finds while you're at it. And, if you want to really do it right, pop over to Arthur's afterwards for a quick bite and a glass of wine.

What a thoughtful, classy and wonderful shop! I recently had my car worked on around the corner and ended up spending a lovely, leisurely time at Zelda Zonk discovering a number of new treasures. I'm hugely appreciative of a warm-hearted, woman-owned, authentically-run local business. Please support!
