WORSE Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced In A Mobile Phone Service! I'm In The ACP Program, And The Credit I Was Supposed To Be Getting Was Not Applied To My Account, After Several Times Of Providing The Information Needed To The Store, They Overcharged Me For A Phone I Didn't Request In The First Place, My Monthly Bill Went Up More Than 3 Times In A Single Month Because They Didn't Apply The Credit To My Account, Stay Away From This Company, They Are A Scam!

I have been trying to change my bank information for three days.I've been unable the entire time to get a LIVE VOICE. Their system on this customer service is for the birds. Makes me want to change my mobile service.

Long wait for walk in (~1 hour), but Travis was super helpful and walked through all my options for home internet.Note to others: the Ballard Xfinity location does not honor online prices for home internet. This Northgate location *does*, and signing up was not a hassle.

This place is HORRIBLE! Avoid it like you would herpes…herpes may not be as bad though. Ridiculous wait times (45 min to 1 hour), customer service that can’t solve 1+1 and locked bathrooms. Their internet speeds are not what they say and then they price gouge you after the trail period. Run run run from this incompetent, time sucking waste of a business.

Business offers and sales are aimed at taking advantage of customers who don't know technical information. Multiple resistance points and gaslighting to add unnecessary items and making it sound like adding extras was a core part of the plan that was being offered.Unbelievably bad business practices.Feel bad for customers who aren't tech savvy and getting taken advantage of.

Very bad customer service everytime I enter the store they're never busy with customers, instead they're busy chatting away with them and they make the actual customers sit and wait for them to have a conversation. Also they talk about their other clients information on how they couldn't pay their bill.

Had an increasingly poor picture issue during football games so I called Comcast and they recommended I swap out my X1 set top main box at my local Comcast Center asap. The Northgate store relocated to the West side of the torn up mall just a little south of the Barnes and Noble bookstore. I made an appointment online but got there earlier and the Front Desk buddy took care of me in minutes. No waiting, no problem with parking whatsoever like the previous Northgate or North Seattle locations. Guys at the Comcast Stores are always welcoming, knowledgeable and on point regarding service and equipment issues. Getting online or calling the Customer Service Centers are always lengthy, difficult to communicate with and a pain because they're always looking to upsell service plans, talk you into a security system or waste your time trying to get you to switch cellphone plans. My advice, if you are experiencing issues, head straight down to the Northgate Center and bypass the app, online or call centers. These guys rock.

very good way of talking to customers but terrible service they made me waste my money and my time! I went to the store 6 times to help me remove a number which we couldn't activate and they charged me the entire month for the number we were able to activate!! The first and second person who assisted me were very kind and professional when it came to helping me. I was not angry with them because anyone makes mistakes. They gave me "credits" thinking that this would help me pay but they really did not cover any month. They charged in full for the extra month of a number which I did not use! Even a store manager saw my house and said that the credits would help me pay for a full month but that wasn't the case! This is very disappointing and I thank the people who tried to help me, they were very professional in "helping me" but it is still a total fraud on the part of the company, if I could give 0 stars I would.
