I stopped in the Xifinity store in Ballard in an attempt to get a lower price. I spent some time there...worked with Patrick and Moses. Both were so patient with me. The various plan/promotions can be confusing.

The guy who helped me was a loser and scammer, stay alert! When I went to pick up my equipment they told me "your order is ready and we just want to verify your information" then I found they created me another account and forced me to buy a SIM CARD to be able to have online promotion discount. Hopefully I reached the online support team and they deactivated one of my account. While reading reviews I saw many people had such experience here.

Owen, who works at the store was very helpful, patient while helping me with setting up mobile service which is now mandatory for getting discount on xfinity wifi. As the setup took time, owen was really being welcoming and understanding and helped us with overall setup. Thanks owen! Keep up the good work.

The people that work here are nice, but the company is extremely deceptive in their advertising of home internet options. After being promised a decent price online, I make the trip to pick up the router+modem and find out I am required to sign a mobile plan contract in order to get the promised price.It seems from the online checkout flow that the mobile addition would save more money, on *top* of the advertised price, not that you'd need the addition to receive the advertised price. It also says *nowhere* that the mobile addition would be needed for the router/modem to be free.My $80/month total quoted price turned into $113 + $15/month for the router/modem + taxes/fees.Look for other options in Seattle, they exist and are good too

I never thought I’d be compelled to write a review for Xfinity, but I just needed to commend the staff here for absolutely stellar customer service.I went in to switch from a prepaid plan to regular service. The process was extremely smooth, and Jordan answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through the setup process. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, which is made even more impressive by the fact that there was an extremely difficult customer ranting and raving at them the entire time I was there.This customer was a textbook Karen, and listening to her dismissive and belittling remarks made my blood boil. The level of patience and grace these folks showed her was saintly. I’ve never been so impressed with the level of professionalism shown by the manager and the staff. Canonize these people, Comcast. Or at least give them a raise.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Having some trouble with Comcast overall, however, because I had to cancel my services, but still got billed for a mobile number that this store gave me? Contacted xfinity customer service, and they told me to call the store, but there is no local number listed, just the general customer service line. Would love a better way to contact them and a smoother way to cancel services.

Alex helped me modify my plan and return some equipment. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of plans and pricing. Very friendly too! Very happy to take his card for future help!

I went in to get a new phone and the associate who helped me was named Tyler. Tyler was not helpful at all and he seemed annoyed to be helping me and would not elaborate on anything when I asked clarifying questions regarding my trade in. When I asked if he could talk to his manager because there was an error when trying to submit the order through his app he said “Yeah when she pressed the button it didn’t magically work”. Incredibly disrespectful and awful service.

Awful internet, awful service. Cuts out every morning at 1:50 am sharp, for an extensive period! I host my business on this network, and they aren't delivering what they promised!

My partner and I went to pick up our modem yesterday and Brittney helped us tremendously! She walked us through set up and billing easily. Many thanks to her and the work flow she provided !

We had a horrific experience with Brittany! She was beyond rude and stated she could not offer any of the discounts that were mentioned on the phone to a new customer and if we wanted a discount to call corporate and they could do it. So we did then then we got back in line and Brittany got to help us again and instead of smiling and getting our equipment she snarked off and said " that's the same plan I could have gotten you" I stated you said you couldn't do any discounts, she said " well obviously I could do the new customer discount " I am not sure how that would be obvious to my 80 year old father with whom this was his very first experience with Comcast. Brittany then proceeded to tell us how she didn't make any money off of us because we made our order online. I stated " then why did you tell us to go call I told you the dollar amount we were offered and showed you the email I had gotten" and Brittany stated she couldn't find any of it. We finally got our equipment after all that and when we got home the DVR box was covered in white powder and didn't work. For a company that I was excited to bring my father to this was a huge disappointment and a horrible first experience for him.

I know, I know. It’s Comcast. But! When I was in a bind with my previous ISP (Astound) telling me that I would not have internet for 1.5 months, I was able to get signed up and setup with Comcast’s 2Gbps plan in less than 20 minutes. Internet is working great and is super stable, and service was quick and friendly.I transfer about 1-2 Terabytes of data a day for my job, and so far so good.

Literally the worst company to work with, unfortunately there is no other provider as of now. They raise payments without letting customers know, they charge excess fees for cancellation of month to month contracts which makes no sense. Can never speak to an agent clearly, the phone lines are useless and the rate they charged me almost doubled in a one year period.

Rude customer service. First of all, I received a modem which I did not ask for. Then we started getting reminders to return the old modem. When I asked them why I received a new modem, the response was that the system automatically sends a new one when there is an upgrade. When I checked to install the new modem, it was the same model as the old one. On top of that the serial number mentioned in their reminder mails to return the modem corresponded to the new modem. Then I had to make a trip to the store (as the nearest ups drop off is beside the store, I decided to visit the store directly). When I asked the lady there as to why I was sent the same modem again, her response was "at least you didn't get charged for it. Did you call the customer care?".

Tried transferring my service between old and new addresses and had to come into the store several times with different issues every time. One of the employees (guy, long beard, caucasian, wears glasses) even had attitude when I asked about the wrong amount of dollars showing up on my bill, he just cut me mid sentence and leave to call another employee that had helped me before, saying “you have worked with her before so just work with her again, she can do the explaining”. Never had experiences this bad with Xfinity, definitely don’t recommend this location!
